i will guess the third strongest spell is (spoilers ahead) towards the end of the series when the dragon slayers fight acnologia wendy combined all the dragon slayers powers and gave it to natsu and he puled out a 7 dragon slayer fire-power which killed or annihilated acnologia (still acnologia was defeated as he couldnt move) but we still know that ichyas power perfum is much more stronger than that and everyone knows that frosh can oneshot acnologia and zeref

Yep, he did do the spell perfectly, but it didn't hurt anyone at all, not even a single little soul, because he deeply cared about everyone and didn't see them as an enemy at all. Imagine if he did Fairy Law when he surrounded by enemies.

Fairy Heart(Aka Lumen Histoire) is the strongest spell. If you're caught up with the Manga it's powers are infinite.

Fairy Law requires a sacrifice of the caster's life force, Law didn't. That sacrifice is what keeps Ankhseram happy and the caster not cursed.
