In the meeting GM is telling that after completion of present sales, they will form Association and hand over the amenities. The question is, will they for a single fresh association for all categories, or will they hand over to the existing associations. Second one, in the meeting he said, the un devided share is only for buildup area. The question is, who will be the owner for rest of area in the town ship. Third point, he said there are open parking slots on the internal roads. If the sell roads for parking, and as it is a huge township consisting atleast 12000 people have to live with in the Town ship, there will be hevy traffic jam in future. These officials of TS Govt are not having expertise in conducting open auction of flats , better to give it to some central govt organization like MMTC for trancperency.They are unable to answer the questions of public.Put all FAQ in the website other wise after completion of auction TSGovt has to face so many court cases for not fulfilling the promises.
