That ball joint tool is a life saver, better than messing around with cheap g clamps, heat and hammers.

That tool makes light work of removing those stubborn ball joints, definitely worth using it I've heard they can be really difficult to remove as well.

Any chance you could do a video on the bender you're using for making for making the brush bars and your technique for planning your bends etc?

The bender i used is an ebay chinese one , and i watched a few videos on youtube fink its called urchfab to understand the bending technique, it seems its all about where the bend starts 🤣 im no expert and not sure i could do a video that would explain how to 🤣🤣🤣 watch urchfab videos i would say

The correct size mandrel is key …i found that if ya dont have exact ya can pack with tin or rags

i remember doing the balljoints on my d2, was a right shit to get them out even with a ball joint press, ended up having to use heat an when they finally popped, it sounded like a gun going off

im srry mate but your setting on your welding machine are not right mate! the sound is one of the first indication if your setting are good or not and then you check your curvature of the weld ( mouillage, convexity and concave) with a quarter thick of material i would go minimum 21 volt with 350 wirespeed to get that 170 plus amp so you get a good penetration !
