I'm using hostinger to host my domain, it can make redirect, from http my domain without www, to https my domain with www, but it doesn't work. Is this possible that some DNS record conflict with the redirection?

No bro, you have to use a Personal account for Google Site to use custom domain option Or you can use Blogger to create a website and use custom domain Blogger is a Google product for creating websites and it’s easy and free to use

If you are Business Email from gmail then Custom Domain option is not available in Google Sites
