changing the number of processors on msconfig is only for troubleshooting purposes,dont bother,the guy doesnt know the half of whats he is chaning stop misinforming people
@@ehabsadek852 i found out why it is failing to start. Because if you have windows 11 dont set the windows compatibility at 7 just stick with windows 8 thats what i did and it worked. I found it by my self you can also try this if you want
