1. normal BMI
body mass index is an indicator of obesity and raised BMI is associated with increased risk of heart diseases. normal BMI for western population is from 18.5 to 24.9. and for Asian population it is from 18.5 to 23.5.
2. Blood pressure. Normal blood pressure range is from 130mmHg systolic or Upper level to 80 mmHg lower level or diastolic
3. Blood Sugar level if normal that is when your fasting Blood Sugar level is 100 mg /dL or less
4. Waste circumference. another indication of obesity and specially visceral obesity or belly fat is if normal i.e. Male less tha 90 cm and Females less tha 80 cm.
5. Normal blood cholesterol level.
