Enjoy every step. I was chatting the other night to friends about our first van trip and how simple it was, yet it was more memorable than some of the more recent stuff. Enjoy every step! 😊🚒
So fab to see you putting Basco through his paces, and what an awesome way to bring in the New Year…absolutely perfect and what it’s all about…..cheers guys 🥃🥃 P.s…the hilltop village…..maybe a torrent from above!?
Love it what a beast of a van! Rupert the driver of basco 😂 looks lovely there and definitely agree with you with getting to know your vehicle! Nice broccoli 👌😂
Haha! To be fair this was alright on the video. I did some slippy stuff just after and couldn’t fly and drive at the same time 😂. I’m loving what it can do, it’s very easy to drive too, not much thought or planning needed. Happy New Year mate!
Hi guys, been following your adventures from a distance for a while now since I saw the T25 at Claremont Farm in Spital a few years ago. Wish I could do something similar but too old and too many health issues. Were you parked on Parkgate prom one evening in December?
Hey Andrew, great to have you with us. I love Claremont asparagus, I haven’t been for a while! We were parked in Parkgate prom one evening in December! Fish and chips evening before we set off, you should have knocked and you might have got a chip! Nice to have you with us.
That van is literally timeless 😎
Loving the pj’s too! 😂
Thanks! They are Percy pig Christmas pyjamas, but will have to wear them all year round as I haven’t got room for seasonal pj’s 😂
@@ChefCampers 😂😂😂
Love it!! We took our van out for the first time the other week just to try and have a cuppa while out (babysteps) ........ we forgot the gas 🤣

Thanks! Basco is like a tractor, I did actually drive on some slippy stuff, but couldn’t manage flying the drone at the same time for that 😂
Great video. Keep ‘em coming!!!!
Cheers Ross. I’m off to Tolosa next, rumour has it they have the best steak in the world. I wonder if it will be as good as Dario’s?!
epic dawn mist, really did look like a painting!
It was amazing Phil. Very similar to Tuscany. Back to rain today though!

Another great video peeps 😊
Thank you 🤗
You are already going places where I would not take my van lol. Awesome stuff! Happy New Year guys! Ringo

Mercedes Benz T1&T2 family
Thanks, I’m absolutely in love with my Mercedes’ T1 Basco. It’s simply the perfect camper for us 😊
Hi, I have the same engine. m102.945. Where do get your spare parts?
Great videos by the way!
@@luuuuuudoooooo thanks! I get my parts from the Mercedes dealership. They are usually a good price, very good quality and good service.
@@ChefCampers you didn’t run in to anything that wasn’t available anymore?
@@luuuuuudoooooojust rear drum brake shoes. The front axle is from a g wagon, but it is altered to allow for the wider stance of the T1.
What was the creepy tower that you were parked next too?
I’m not sure, the village was called Esco. It was originally a farming village, so this could have been the bell tower maybe.
