    To be honest, I had this transformation myself. This is exactly how I keep my curiosity on why people think that way.
    I'm not mastery it yet (sometimes, curiosity might trigger what other people's value/assumption/emotion/etc. if not done right), but I'm always fascinated on the diversity of how people would perceive the world differently.
    Tips: don't use question starting with why (it triggers them), use question starting with what (e.g. what make you think that way, what do you find in common that you feel XXX emotion, etc.)

    Sometimes, I feel like Shreyas is merging with Buddha / Sadhguru / Ravi Shankar. But glad to hear that these Asian philosophies (ancient and new) created his success and what we can use them too.
