My insurance agent told me to ask the doctor to substitute some drugs that are expensive. the thing is , is that I think they work well for me. I might not be able to find a substitute for them. I will try to find another agent in the winter.
Good afternoon! I turned 65 this year and I have Medicare a and b. And a supplement plan that was recommended for me. But I didn't understand anything about it and now I don't have any prescription covers as I understand. I live in North Carolina. Do you have anything that could help?
I go on Medicare in December 2023. I take a lot of prescription drugs. For my own budgeting purposes, is there a maximum amount I would have to pay out for drugs. Monthly charges, deductible, copays, etc. I’m wondering there is a maximum out of pocket so i can budget this amount.
At this time there is no “max out of pocket” part D spending. Starting in 2025 the Inflation Reduction Act will cap the max out of pocket at $2,500/year.
Well I am a year out from 65 so I wanted to login to Medicare and check shit out...guess what I can't register or login as I have no Medicare ID numbers.
What happens when I sign up for a Part D and have the payment auto-deducted from my checking account and in following years, change to a different insurance. How does the auto-deductible from the previous company stop?
Thank you for all the information...the step by step process was quite helpful.
I am so glad to hear that!
Thank you so much for this video. It was very informative & helpful. Your step by step explanation was wonderful.

The auto pay stops when the part D plan is cancelled, which automatically happens when you enroll in a new plan.
"medicare claim number" that need to be put in on the medicare health and drug plan enrollment center is your medicare card ID number.. right?

Dear Abt: Do a G and N plan cover pharma, drugs, and part D in some way or form?
No, drug costs are separate, through Part D.
So I basically got lied to about dental coverage up to 2000$ towards dentures
Awesome!
I take it you do not need to be a broker to do this.
Anyone can complete a search on Medicare.gov!
