She was not an admirable woman. I listened to the recordings of her berating her office staff using foul language. I am 73 years old, and in all of my years of being in the workforce, I have NEVER heard ANYONE use that kind of language in the workplace.

Hear me out. Don't get too emotional over the first couple of sentences.
Choice, is not a right. You can believe it is all you want. It definitely is not. Our rights are based on being human or protecting the country. They apply to everyone, all the time. Not a specific group has this right that can only apply to them. BUT, It is however a liberty. Because it's a belief. Your belief vs. their belief. It's a dead end argument both ways. Neither is going to change the others belief. Which is why it's a neverending battle, and always will be. Should someone bring forth that a ban infringes on your liberty based only on their belief. It's irrefutably unconstitutional. You can't legislate based only on a belief. It causes this exact situation. Unless everyone agrees. Offing someone is bad. Everyone agrees for example. Instead of fighting for your right, which you don't actually have. Fight for your liberty. Which is what the country is based on. "liberty for all" Pushing it's a right is just the other end of the spectrum from a ban. As usual, neither end is good. Getting what you really want, doesn't require legislation saying it's ok (A right). Legislation saying you can't stop it, is just as effective (liberty).

Joe had docs as well. Found he took them intentionally, and shared them with someone unauthorized. The excuse usually given why that's ok, is "Well he gave them back when asked." Hence, rob bank/ give money back. Don't get charged. That's not valid reasoning. Neither should be charged. Because they didn't break any laws. Except Joe. Only because he was a Senator for some of them. Which is also void, because he is now Pres. The laws being referred to do not apply to Presidents and former and to a certain extent the Vice. They're laws are made through executive orders. Which they themselves make. The only way to remove his ability to do anything he did, is an act of Congress. Removing that ability. The PRA, etc is protocol. Hence there are no penalties listed. Criminal laws have penalties listed. "President turns records over to the archives".....or what ? Nothing. They also do not have a "need to know" to possess them. As everyone else does. The main issue is It is still, and has happened forever. Always will. Why is it an issue for someone to have information, which they have had access to for years ? Anyone actually up to no good, would simply make copies. Both are completely ridiculous. Charging either would be ridiculous. As all the cases have been, it's a show. Which they know they ultimately they will not win.
