Information bohut acchi hai, but the type of scratch that these products, Colgate or WD-40 removes is called "Paint Transfer" where the paint of the other vehicle or object gets embedded in your clear coat.. or damage is restricted to clear coat only in a 2 Layer paint system like on most cars. But it dosen't fix scratches that reach the base coat or if the car is like 1st gen Swift with a single layer paint system that has base and clearcoat combined.

1) clean
2) use rubbing compound
3) wax
whatever you have removed light scratch with rubbing compound, any tooth paste will do the job, basically rubbing compound has an abrasive effect and even any toothpaste does the same, i myself tested the Colgate and rubbing compound, I can definitely say it's as effective as any rubbing compound, for deeper scratches both are not useful

shiv gour check the web for color n drive . it's a touch up paint. if u want to remove deep scratches then u r left with no option other than touch up paint. so give it a try . it will cost u approx 2800 .
