Something which I didn't talk about in the video is defeating Jingun in Tong-shi's renewal event. It is not 100% confirmed yet but the first clear of this boss might give XP like other raids. @@Mao_DI Thank you mate. I became a wizard after watching your videos :) Necro's essences are at maximum right now. Now I started the wizard from scratch
Yes its a good tip. For wisps it will follow the max difficulty you unlocked so if you unlock Inf6 you will always get Inf6 wisps from it no matter what. For gear it will drop at your level so it's definitely worth saving once you reach p1200 for Inf5 gear and so on EDIT: Wisp rewards from moonrite now drop at difficulty level corresponding to your current paragon level! It was changed by Blizzard without mention in patch!
@@gwendiff Tested this today at P1200 and got Inf5 wisps even with Inf6 difficulty unlocked and selected. You're 100% right it was changed by Blizzard compared to when it was originally released. Wisp rewards from moonrite now drop at difficulty level corresponding to your current paragon level
@@Mao_DIso I don't have to defeat the inf 5 hiliquary boss? As long as I'm P1200 rite will drop inf 5 wisps no matter what? Even on inf 4 difficulty?
I am under the impression that it matters which you cap/complete first, the Battle Pass (2400 points) or points from Events (I'm leaving out other ways to get points, this topic is only about BP vs. Events). I believe if you first complete BP and then Events, you will get more BP levels. Reason is that if you do Events your BP meter will progress thus capping sooner (if I'm not mistaken). If you first cap BP with normal tasks, your Event points will go over the 2400 points. Or in other words, you can accumulate more than 2400 points when doing Events last.
The 2400 points in Codex activities tab will only accumulate from tasks completed within a certain week it will not accumlate from claiming Events or claiming any other source as far as I know. So the order of claiming doesn't matter in this case. The important thing is to claim all XP from sources that are affected by penalty first and push to 5%, 10%, 20% penalty whatever it may be and then do raids/gauntlet (the XP that is not reduced by penalty)
Could you confirm if the boss 2M XP is also valid for the Inferno ones (with the XP icon)? Or it does only work if we pick a Hell II-VIII boss with the XP icon? Asking cause a guy from my clan tried to check with an Inferno boss and apparently he got the xp with penalty. Not sure if he did the right thing or if it's really how it works on inferno bosses
Just did Inf5 5x bosses first clear and got 2M each to reach p1200. Your clan mate got reduced XP 250k because it was not his first clear. You need to make sure its the big chest first clear reward.
Nope. It will fill every 36h from 0 to 100%. Once at 100% if you dont claim it will stop collecting and nothing will be sent to your mail unless your clan loses control of the tower or you leave your clan
Battle Pass "Quests" points will exceed "Weekly Battle Point Cap". Therefore one can get few extra BP levels even when there is the red exclamation symbol. Will it not be better to get extra BP levels?
Not sure I am understanding your question correctly. From what I've noticed can accumulate 2400 battle points from the codex tasks per week. But there is no cap to the amount of battle points you can claim in a single week through tasks, quests, events or otherwise. You can save everything (up to the month long duration of the battlepass) and claim it all at once on the week you plan to reach your goal
BP Quests are not lost if they are not claimed. The new ones are hidden behind the ones you've already completed until you press the 'claim' button. You'll be able to complete all the new ones you 'missed' the moment you hit the claim button
I believe you actually corrected one of my misunderstandings, now that I thought your answers more thoroughly :) So forget about this, I got another question which I will ask separately.
Best way to get gold is complete special event objectives as fast as possible and claim the reward. They usually give a lot gold but they are limited by how many there are each week. The other way is to play open world farm for a few hours per week with treasure hunter paragon tree for gold bonus. Over time this will help you accumulate a lot of gold. But gold is not that useful in this game besides gambling for items, unlocking pet slots and buying pet contracts from the NPC
For most players the answer is definitely NOT😄For most people its nice to stay at or slightly behind server paragon level and over time the game allows you to achieve virtually all the rewards and not miss out on anything compared to "grinders". For some including myself its nice to show whats possible even with all the caps/p2w mechanics the game has. The preparation for the push itself is pretty straight forward and can be done passively over months leading up to it. Since the paragon system was changed to weekly +10 rather than daily +2, the push itself only lasts for 1-2 days before week starts and another 1-2 days after week starts. If you have done good prep It is not as difficult as most think imo. On my server a few players whales and low spenders alike enjoy racing to be among the first to reach a new difficulty. Some do it for a personal challenge, others for challenge against their friends/other clans and some for Challenge rift first clears
I think this insane amount of grind should just be reserved for uber whales that really need that extra 5 o 10 attribute points or that super specific magic affix. This is not sustainable, specially when the game pushes you to upgrade every week
Hey, I think you thought I said I crafted 300 items. But in actual fact I crafted using 300-350 wisps of the 600 I had. Which is around 70 Inferno 5 items. Thanks for your comment!
