use autohotkey program. assign pgup and pgdn to another key.
create example script content below
t::pgup
y::pgdn
run the created script
use t for page up y for page down in game. Then assign in game keys, then you don't have to use script.

You can chose any keys you want. Just make sure your using the digital options
