Thank you! Children in China are very obedient and have a lot of respect for the teacher. It doesn't mean they don't get rowdy or misbehave. The trick, in my opinion, is to be thoroughly prepared and genuinely show that you care. :)

Yes, they are wonderful pupils! I am blessed to work as a teacher in China because teachers here have the highest levels of public respect. However, there are all kinds of students and, in my opinion, at the end of the day, what you get out of your teaching is what you put in. If you work hard and conduct yourself in a professional manner, you'll earn the respect of your students. I am not saying it applies to everyone; I'm just sharing what I have learned as a foreigner working in China.

Haha. :)) I am way too busy to do the DELTA. Plus, I know that CELTA/DELTA focuses primarily on adults and I am teaching the little ones. One of the teachers I am friends with took the CELTA course and it had very little practical application because it was detached from real-life lessons by light years. Sorry, Cambridge! Teaching native speakers and ESL or L2 learners are two VERY different worlds. That is exactly why there are TESOL or TEFL majors at the universities.

I applied the 5 rules in my classroom then it's work very well with my students they're in grade 3 boys and girls .
