I'm experiencing my first winter full-time in Upstate New York, which has come with many of the challenges one would expect, come winter. However, unlike past winters, this season, I am practicing and leaning into the Art of Wintering; fully understanding that there is no rebirth without death. For me, this looks like letting go of things not meant for me in order to welcome and allow all that is. Join me as I relish in the simplicity of slow winter days in my valley.

Oh my gosh, I just happened upon your videos. I live in CA and have always been intrigued with upstate New York. I look at photos or videos that I kind find about Upstate New York or Pennsylvania too. I have no idea why I’m so intrigued and want to go visit one day.
