There are ways to play sett vs ranged. Either very aggresive or dont care about their damage. Coming from a sett main
any toplaner with hook ability would do the same its not only special for sett. The main reason because enemy just can't farm, but u need good wave control and vision+lane preo.
As a Darius player I agree, poor enemy top, he didn’t touch a minion for almost 5m
As a Aatrox main, My W suck at it so I need to do combos to pull.
As a Pantheon Top main, it's very vital to make sure my opponent is in gray screen or just not in exp range.

Fr I won lane so hard against a teemo, bro was level 8 to my level 13 at the end of laning phase and both t1 and t2 towers were down, my bot lane made sure to not make him feel excluded from the feast so he still ended up fed and we lost the game.

@@emptyarms6113bro what? That's exactly how E works. The more autos you smack Jax with, the higher damage counter strike does when it's finished. Derrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Jax E does like 100 more damage if you tank a lot of auto attacks.
@@slickitynot really the damage increases by 20% per auto which stacks up to 100%. It buffs the damage + the max hp damage

fun fact, you can bully Nasus just by going fleet footwork and second wind, just keep standing in front of enemy wave and trade aggressively making it so that Nasus will get less gold from minions, and less stacks for his Q.

Listen the real difference is how long they hold onto their W because as sett your most important ability (W) is a good turn around even if you miss, the shield you get is enough to change the fight plus if you hold it a little longer than normal and be patient with it you can bait most people even high elos to forget most of the time and do an all in finisher just to get smacked in the face with a Sett W or even the shield to block and attack this vid isn’t wrong but it’s really the timing of their W not the bully aspects of early cause you can also hold onto E and reposition accordingly as to bait them deeper in the lane for a easier kill.

As a fiora, I always bite the stun and the ult and W the true damage. Sett is one of the easiet champs to counter

Notice how priority is just implied with Sett. This is because Riot created a monster that has so much sustain you can face tank 2 minion waves while 1v1ing the enemy and still win. You won’t even need to back 👌

thats borderline useless information, how you position in lane is completely dependant on matchup and the locations of both junglers. You won't be able to stand behind the enemy wave unless you're already winning lane and can zone the enemy top
