Thank you Jade. I really enjoyed this - So much good stuff! This gives me a lot of hope and motivation. It's just like you said - You wanna get back to that place of 'normality', in terms of what your problems are, that seems so far back in the past already but that you can feel you CAN go back to. Beautiful you're there already - On my way!

Fantastic jade. It is scary how similar your story is to mine. That has motivated me to keep going with the recovery journey.

Thanks for your video and time, one of the things things that sticks out for me if when I hear people laugh or I have a happy moments OCD hits me with your not aloud to be happy you have intrusive thoughts, another one is OCD picks on regrets or the past when I could of done better.

Concise and to the point. thank you so much for sharing. This idea of facing our worst case scenarios I've never explored. I recognise this idea that ' Why would that be so scary?' And yet, they seem so terrifying...But blind faith tells me, if you, or he. or she; can learn to accept what seems so frigthening and unacceptable, then maybe I can do it to.

If it wasn’t possible we wouldn’t teach it! It is! Just feels difficult understandably at first!
