Copthorne location strategic, near to attractions such as Kea Farm, Sungei Palas Tea Plantation. Best time to visit is basically depend on weather. You can try between May - August. However, weather sometime unpredicted with rain,sunny, cloudy and overcast.
I believe ia it almost the same. You can go to CH via Simpang Pulai from Penang. From KL, you can take tapah route. Both will take about approx 3 and half hours
