I like the rotating hosts. Love them all, but like the variety. I'm still smiling over last year's Wanda Sykes segment about Biden and his classified documents problem. "At this point the FBI is just decluttering Biden's house for him." and "This list of spies does not spark joy"
Wanda Sykes is my preference for permanent host. Leslie should be engaged to do something along the lines of how they used to have Lewis Black come in.
Wanda has a nice balance of gravitas (maturity?) and laugh-out-loud humor that suits the seriousness of these times. But, again, I like most or all of them. @@tejaswoman

@@williestyle35 The reason I'm against just rotating hosts every week is that it means they're just getting into the groove of things when they're leaving, no one has enough time to fully show their best as they're finding their footing with the writers and style and topics that can make them really shine. Maybe monthly rotations could work? Or a primary host that's consistent and a secondary host that comes on every so often as a duo or a Lewis Black situation where the topic fits them well.

Leslie is Phenomenal, would LOVE her as host & she genuinely cares. If today's volume was an "8/9", if she stayed around 5ish, her voice wouldn't go as shrill as she makes key points & jokes, and it would not be lost in how it's being said vs. what's being said. Re-watching it again made me realize some were not written as sarcastically, but her delivery with the sharp-voiced volume didn't work with it. It's almost like she's an auntie who I 💜ADORE💜 but if she delivers *everything* at level 8/9, it becomes TOO much and doesn't show her broad range as well as it should.... + the profanity. Because she is SPLENDID & EXACTLY what's needed in these tense**s times!!!!!!
