nice work, but I notice two big mistakes (maybe there are others, I don't know)
1 - Germany did not exist until 1870, that's right, but after the merger of the Germanic states you did not make the necessary historical distinctions, you always called it Germany, but it was not like that.
2 - Italy was born in 1860, before it did not exist, each state was an entity in itself, so why did you put them all together? I think that Venetians, Romans and Neapolitans/Sicilians/Duosicilians have every right to see what was their own historical importance that often had nothing to share with the rest of the other pre-unification states. Thank you.

You forgot to Fix Germany's flag and name from 1871-1918 to be German Empire, the name from 1919-1933 to be Weimar Republic, the name and flag from 1933-1945 to be Nazi Germany, the name and flag from 1945-1949 to be Allied-Occupied Germany, and the name from 1949-1990 to be West Germany, as Germany was divided between East and West from 1949 to 1990, and was a Nazi dictatorship ruled by Adolf Hitler from 1933-1945, the flag of Germany in the Nazi era was a flag that had a red background, with a white circle and a black Swastika inside the circle

Right now or before independence? If you are asking about before independence, it's because people were heavily taxed in the british era but very small amount of it was spent on welfare of people. It took time for the consequences to show. Since people were already poor before independence, it was very difficult for the government to do much about it and even more so because of the population boom. And Indians are not some of the poorest. Right now india is pretty average when compared to global poverty rate.

@@kirito5547 depends on how many ’people’ you’re talking about. before british rule, of course there was poverty but probably 1/50 of the poverty in india today. most people were living quite well off.
