Same here. The rheumatologist asked if I'd like to take pills to relieve symptoms but I chose to manage that myself too It's very hard every winter in the uk but yes you're right, we need to live with it and keep ourselves healthy. Hope you're well.

手脚冰冷是體質問題，主要是經脈不暢通。這種不通有先天和後天原因造成。後天原因多為寒氣集聚經脈內，不能散去。如果不驅除，會隨著年紀不斷加劇，最後嚴重影響健康。早期積寒吃些補藥和運動可除，後期非修練氣功不可除。
