Yes there are apparently lots of cool hidden bunkers in New Zealand but for the ultra rich. These ones were all military ones. It's amazing that they've opened them up like this for the general public to be able to visit. It was fascinating!
They did an great job with the projections on the wall of the military personnel, that operation with a swiss army knife lol. Those sort of bunkers got built all the way into the center of Austria. I remember there being some in the long tunnels on the roads and they would have to park in the tunnel and go into the bunker. So many different types there. I noticed a bottle of Maggi seasoning on the table, is that still called Wurze still there in the German part. No one knew what i was talking about when i moved back from Germany. Found it much later on again here in Canada.
Yeah it's incredible how many tunnels were built like this. I don't know what it's called in German but yeah that's Maggi. Nowadays you can find it but still not in every country. We make homemade salad dressing with a bit of Maggi in it.
Yes I have watched from the beginning great you all get to see the world I'm stuck in USA Ohio married with children and grand children 8 of us in my house 😂😢😅
That sounds like a fun household. 8 of you wow! Winters must seem long though since if it's like growing up in Canada, you don't go out much when it's freezing cold outside.
The basic tactic of Switzerland in building all these forts and bunkers is to make their country so hard to invade that other countries will simply decide that the cost of invading Switzerland is too high.. Winning the country of Switzerland would not be worth the military cost for the invading power.. And it's good to see you are all doing well my favorite traveling family...
Very impressive, NOT. Crap as usually. Want to see something really impressive Google... The Milestii Mici wine cellar in Moldova is the world's largest underground wine cellar. Size: The cellar complex stretches for 250 kilometers, but only 120 kilometers are currently in use. Cricova Winery Historic wine-making facility with 120 km of underground tunnels, the 2nd largest in the country.

Yes that worked during the 2nd world war. I wonder what tactics would work present day.
Thanks for your nice comment!
I was so glad to be near a bunker when the war in Ukraine started 😅
I bet you were.
