Great video, thank you. One suggestion would be to perhaps include video of someone with good technique and exit timing, just to help visualise the good points you are making.
I like watching your videos. However as a long time instructor in other non water sport areas I know I have no more than 5mins to get an idea over. This video is too long at nearly 20 mins. I do understand that youtube encourages creators to make longer videos......... This is what I would like you to do: 1) set up a boat on land. Space below to show paddle inserted in "water" 2) 4 simultaneous vdeo feeds. Left, right, back, front. 3) All displayed in video at the same time. 4) Show problem, then solution 5) Do very slow replays. I have never yet seen a youtube video that replays slowly enough to be useful. Doing this is much harder than talking heads.
What a great explanation of a correct paddling stroke, thanks for posting
Agree. Great explanation, very precise, the right amount of details, helpfull visual examples.
Congratulations on such a strong video. Clear explanations given to many paddlers, which I will be using in my practise sessions.

Absolutely, we have video review where we highlight Olympic athletes doing things the correct way.
Super job. Thanks for the great insights!
I find a good entry is key to a good exit and a higher forward angle of entry improves me exiting.
How do I set the angle of my paddle?
