Edit a peace of toast in the lizard's mouth and a backpack/anime school uniform on the lizard: LIZARD-CHAN IS LATE FOR SCHOOL! (Save me, I need to stop doing this to myself)
Noticing the Lizard "Dude, how long have you been standing there?" Frilled Lizard: "An hour" "I have mastered the skill of staying incredibly still, that I have become invisible to the eye"
I always admire how amazingly realistic the drawings in the background are. I dabble in visual arts and specifically realism, and it takes me FOREVER to get a product as realistic as the art you seem to churn out non-stop! You're amazing.
THAT TRANSITION INTO YOUR SPONSOR WAS SO SMOOTH Also Frilled Lizardo are my favorite species of lizard, with the plumed basilisk and the bearded dragon being close seconds.
I love that you are Canadian as well. I’m proud that you have been doing this for a number of years. Now sharing knowledge with other people and even when you have had to take breaks in between you have kept it up.
It was already clear that you are the illustrator, because there's your signature on the drawing at the end. But nice to know that you do this professionally, and your illustrations are absolutely gorgeous! I get the impression that you love what you do, so - keep on doing it! :)
Frilled dragons and bearded dragon's are very close cousin's and a very much exactly the same I've owned both lizards and caring for them is the same unless you have a New guinea breed then you just need humidity.
Your art talent combined with your interest in wildlife, great narration and humor makes this channel one of the best among TH-cam. Excellent job, keep it up!
Also "What animal should I check out next?" Psssstt, do the Australian Wedge Tailed Eagle. Those things hunt the largest prey of any accipirtrid species and are even known to attack gliders and small drones.
Yes, agreed! They're often to blame for taking small livestock, and often hunt kangaroos. They will also work together to take down alpha 7 foot roos. Such beasts
That made me so happy to find out you love to draw(: and that you do all the illustrations for the videos! You're so talented and unique! You always look so pretty in all your videos. I love your style and how ya always switch it up. I love how your personality obviously shows and goes into everything you do.
Danielle you and everyone behind this are amazing please don't ever stop teaching humanity about the wonderful creatures we share this planet with thank you for everything you are doing and fuck animal planet for not actually teaching the world about animals
I saw one in a bucket while moving into a Texan apartment when I was 6. It frilled up and hissed but I thought it was amazing and wanted to pet it. It bit my finger. I screamed and cried for a few hours.
Subscribed to Skillshare and was able to was able to watch some really interesting and informative lessons. So thanks for introducing Skillshare! (And thanks Skillshare for sponsoring Animalogic. Hope you continue to do so!)
Actually, the Dilophosaurus might actually have been part frill-necked lizard(In Jurassic Park). Since Dr. Wu said that they used common day animals to fill in the missing genes of the animals. They might have used the frill-necked lizard as a filler. As well as the spitting cobra for the venom. A REAL Dilophosaurus actually had a small crest, with no frills or venomous spit. Anyway, just a small explanation. Have a nice day :)
Lately I've been really stressing about what I want to do with my life. I've always wanted to be a paleontologist until recently when I realized that I couldn't do all the schooling and work that was needed to fulfill that dream, so I instead decided that I would be some type of artist. I was really bummed about not being a paleontologist but then I watched this video and discovered paleontological scientific illustration which I think I'll be great at. So thank you so much for exposing me to this field that I've never even thought of before.
particularly interesting frogs I enjoy are: - poison Dart - Hairy frog (WOLVERINE!!!!) - glass - Desert rain (cuz of da voice.) - Malayan Horned Frog. (draw this one) Also, the fact that some frogs swallow their eggs and spit up their babies is so flipping cool. also that they turn their stomachs inside out to vomit. Their stomachs are so cool.
I've watched a lot of your videos and have to say that you are very talented and your vids are well produced. My daughter is 12 and also interested in science (geology and paleontology so far) so I've had her watching your channel as well. Very inspiring and excellent content. Great job!
Thank you so much! I want to tell you about a new project that we're working on that I think you and your daughter will be excited about. Could you email me at dylan.dubeau(at)blueantmedia.com Talk soon! Dylan & Danielle
inspiration! I'm trying to get better at my own art, however, I'm still struggling majorly on body proportions and that's on both animals and humans but seeing your art gives me the inspiration to keep trying an to hone my own craft so thanks! also, I love these videos and learning about all the different animals
Omo! I've been subcribed on this channel in less than a week and been trying to finish to watch all of it's videos since then. Also, I'm glad that Danielle's a lefty. Hello fellow lefty! Haha... Love your illustrations.

BenefitsBens bruh
Your illustrations are amazing your so talented

You’re*
Animalogic You're adorably cute too!
Jerry The Cake are you being sarcastic?
Jerry The Cake no, not you’re. That would be saying “you are illustrations”. “Your” is more appropriate in this context
They mastered the skill of standing incredibly still, just like my boi Drax
I think he forgot that eating very loudly and slowly isn't helping the invisibility, and also isn't being completely still.
Y e s
if only this lizard could scream when it was running it would just be like AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Aiken Yao legendary comment

The frilled neck lizards famous quote is “Gotta Go Fast!!!!!”.
I love that you draw those animals. I know it was a bit for skill share, but I love when you talk about yourself! You should do that more

Any TRUE fan of the channel would know that she does the art.
Also, Danielle should make a class for skillshare for drawing animals or something.

The_Dark _Hunter
...I don’t think that paleontology is a day to day skill that people would use.
Any TRUE fan of the channel would know that her name is Danielle, not Daniela ;)

Toxic Don
I've been a fan for 3 years, I've known she's been doing the art from the first video I've watched because she signs them!

Yeah, they rule.
Is it true that they are named after Elon?
Or maybe Elon is named after them? Until one side will confirm this, we aren't sure
You are just a great presenter and explainer, full of intelligent grace..
Absolutely beautiful and skilled: amazing!

Danielle Dufault: Newman killing machine.
Seinfeld: *listens so intensely he doesn't notice he's eating airline food.*
Artists in science are very under-appreciated. They’re so important, especially when identifying species before we had fancy cameras!
Cassowaries would be an interesting animal
Danielle, you are amazing, so skilled in multiple things!
I didn't know you were left handed. Cool
Lefties UNITE!
I'm left handed and having fun in drawing too 🤔 coincidence? I think not
Left is always right...
Drilled lizards are my favorite types of lizards I love their frills and how they move and look!
Dilophisaurus never had that frill in real life
The irony is the dinosaur was inspired by this
she said steven spielbergs imaginaiton
Actually, the Dilophosaurus might actually have been part frill-necked lizard(In Jurassic Park). Since Dr. Wu said that they used common day animals to fill in the missing genes of the animals. I think they did since cartilage doesnt fossilize
@@CEPHALOPESSIMISM Cartilage can and does fossilize, only the conditions needed are extremely specific.
