I wish I had my order but I've ordered from them twice so far, and both times, the orders took forever....I still don't have my order ...and every time I try to contact, there is no real response to my simple question of when will my order be shipped out

Omg thank youuuu finally somebody said it! I’m all for being supportive and understanding small businesses. But there should be a level of professionalism.
Ordered from them and they never sent out my order, they gave me a tracking number that said that the ticket was printed but the package was not given to the shipping company for 10 days. I sent loads of emails,dms and never received an answer 🤷🏾♀️ even left some comments to asking for someone to speak to me (not being rude,just letting them know I sent emails and if somebody please could take a look) and they got deleted and no answer!🤷🏾♀️
I want to say they did a story or a post or something awhile back, the “shipping 14-20 days” doesn’t include the 1-2 week processing/pre-ship part, so it does take awhile, plus it is business days so that takes even longer. They did just do a post on IG that they are not happy with their manufacturer and have been having trouble and that they’re looking to get warehouse space and to hire a customer service rep to help keep everything more in order. That would be great because I agree being responsive to emails would help people feel a lot better about delays. Sorry to be unhelpful if you already read about the shipping/manufacturing from the IG post yesterday, but thought I’d share in case you hadn’t! They do have some beautiful products though! 💚
If you check their IG page they do update the shipping status frequently. They have been having issues with their warehouse and also sent out an email to all those affected. if you don't see an email in your inbox, perhaps it landed in your Junk/spam folder? I'm saying this as one of those affected by the delayed shipping. I received an email from them a few days ago apologising for the delays and the reasons why.

I was waiting on this one!... It is kind of baffling to me though how so many people are excited for this palette but not much are mentioning Aaliyah (even though she is R.I.P) on the cover and the movie 'Queen of the Damned' that this was inspired from.

I always said it would be so cool if someone did because Queen of the Damned is a favorite movie of mine, cause that MAC Aaliyah collection was not it lol... Unfortunately it was out of my budget right now but I really hope they bring it back again.

I really like the uniqueness of Unearthly's color stories and the consideration that goes into the how the shades work together. I also feel like Unearthly does a great job o picking cool tones that work well on warm skintones.
Warm's My Blood isn't a color story I'd wear often, but if it were, I could tell those colors, even the cool tones, would work on my warm, yellow skin+undertone. The colors also go well within the same color families and mixed. Lunar Beauty's palette is nice, but not for my undertone. And there aren't that many neutrals to make it more versatile for everyday (which is just my pref).

I have that lunar beauty pallet and just purchased the unearthly warms my blood today. I haven’t tried their makeup yet but bought it along with their dead of night pallet and my wallet is screaming at me 😆 but I have a feeling I’ll be really happy with my purchase so thanks for showing these looks to get my creative juices flowing!

Wow! What beautiful looks! The first and 3rd are my favorite. That cool tone grungy purpley gray is gorgeous with your blue eyes! Love it! This palette is the one that really speaks to me but I already ordered the Odens Eye collab so I have to hold off for now. I wanted the Adept Minka palette but it's sold out. If this palette is available still during black Friday sales maybe I'll pick it up then. Love the colorstory!

So what do you think of this versus the Minka? I ordered this as my sort of fancy neutral palette and I have the glaminatrix nearly natural. Would adding Minka be repetitive? I'm also considering those 2 from gloss gods.
I don’t feel they are similar at all. I think they both have a lot to offer but if you want more color go with this one.

I think I like the red look the best, but I mean.. how do you choose! Unearthly made some gorgeous halloween palettes. I didn’t pick any of them up, but only because I had just recently purchased a few of their others (Fairy Frolic, Lore, and Rudo Rwaamai) when they announced them. Admiring them all from afar for sure! ❤️🖤

I LOVE the purples! Im stuck in a spot that I can only were eyeshadow rn because I fought expired crème shop face wash from cvs and my face broke out in hives! I only used it on one side of my face because I have a spider bite on my right cheek. I never thought to check the date at cvs but that explained why it was on sale ! My face is ready for Halloween though 🤷🏻♀️

It expired in November 2020! I feel like all of that brands products have a shorter shelf life, but cvs definitely shouldn’t have had that in their stock

This palette is beautiful tho I feel instead of multiple purples they could of got away with just 1 and then added a deep blood red burgundy shade considering Akasha rips the heart out of someone in the movie ( just feel a bloody burgundy shade or 2 would have been more fitting)

On thier ig they mentioned they are having some issues with shipping.. but as long as they restock I'll be patient. From just watching your video I can see the mattes are probably better than adept.. and don't get me wrong I love adept.. but just wondering about your thoughts?
Don't ever be sorry about commenting too much, I love it!! I would say their mattes are very similar but I'd give the win to UE. Only because I've tried more UE than Adept.

Mine came with oil leaking all over the palette and 4 special shades shattered 😭😭😭 I did send them an email so hopefully I can get some new shades but pretty disappointing for a $70 palette!
