you missed the frequency prewarping phase so that you got big unstable filter having poles greater than unity ,the minor and major axis can't be greater than unity . would you please check your lecture ? I guess you designed unstable filter

This video does good justice in that aspect. Techniques to remember formulas or atleast until the exams is the goal. Highly educated nowadays is one with certificates although how far it translates to practical world is a different matter altogether. Wonder how many who coach have had the feel of actual thing and practically got it working. Maybe too much to expect when getting a certificate is all that matters..
