•500g white Fish Fillets
•Little Salt & Black Pepper
For the breading
•1cup Flour
•1/2cup Cornstarch
•1tsp Salt as your taste
•1tbsp Red Chilli powder
•4g (1tsp) Baking powder
•2g (1/4tsp) Baking soda
•1tsp Black pepper powder
•1tsp Garlic powder
•265-270ml Water
•1cup Plain flour
For Tartar Sauce
•1 Dill Pickle (chopped)
•2tbsp green fresh Parsley / Coriander 
•Half Shallot finely diced
•1tbsp Jalapeño Relish
•1tbsp Lemom juice
•250g Kewpie Mayonnaise
•1tsp Dijon Mustard
•1/2tsp Salt
•1/2tsp Black pepper
•1tsp Worcestershire sauce
•Oil for frying
•Burger Buns
