Thank you very much, but believe you can get there. There are those I listen to, like Stephen Seifert, and I think to myself that I'll never get there. But I have just recently come to the conclusion that I'm going to keep trying anyway. For now though, be sure to just enjoy what you can do and have fun. As you have fun playing, you will see the improvements through time. God bless, and thank you for the very nice compliment.
It took me 20 years to make a "break through" and really start to play the way I wanted to. Keep at it. Sometimes it's about the journey, not the destination.
Thank you. This is an all walnut McSpadden, and I think I had it set up as a standard at that time. I could be mistaken though, because it was originally tuned as a baritone. If it was set up with standard strings, I may have had it tuned down to CGC. I like that tuning because it has a nice deep, rich sound while still maintaining clarity.
Damn, I just remembered Wildwood Flower was gonna be the first song I was gonna learn, when I started playin guitar... That was 24 years ago!
Very nice. I love playing this on my Dulcimer. Its a family favorite.
You make playing the dulcimer look so easy. Beautiful.💕
Thank you for the kind compliment

Cool job dude! And you're not just a one finger guy either. I'm trying to learn how to play and I'm watching you man LOL. I got my eyes on you
I'd be very glad if my videos help you. Happy pickin.
dulce = sweet in Spanish and it certainly is. Mind you the origins of how this wonderful instrument came to be called this must be interesting...
This is a beautiful tone! What wood is it made of? Is it a baritone?
Thank you.

I see you got your big iron in the corner 😏
😂My children use that room as a play room. The boys love those nerf guns.
