My Bluetooth has not been wanting to work as soon as I got my Honda off a used car dealership it doesn’t even ask me if I want to connect a phone or connect to Bluetooth what can be the problem?
The first thing I would do would be to delete the Bluetooth connection from your phone, and then go into the car and delete that connection also. From there you can start over fresh and reconnect the phone and car. A lot of times that will get rid of most issues.

You can not. This screen is limited.

Does car have a navigation system ?
It does not.
