It could totally have the radiuses of the Xperia 1iv, a flat screen and still be easier in the hand and more efficient with no curves, thin bezels and camera in the display. It's probably improved to a degree with it's experience holding it, but their handsets are confused aesthetically and functionally as well. The iPhone is the extreme side of such poor radiuses dimension and materials that just scream out their design choice was intentional, you can't hold it without dropping it or digging into your hands, screams upsell rubber bumpers apple cares and screen repairs

I just really hope OnePlus delivers on their new update road path that they promised on their new phones from this year and beyond. They have this Samsung-like software updates until when they messed up with the OnePlus 6 and 7 series. My OnePlus 7T Pro, an Android 10 at launch not only got only 2 Android version updates, but also got them a year after (Android 11 on 2021 instead of 2020, Android 12 on 2022 instead of 2021).
They ruin network connectivity with every major update that lasts for months into stable. I could be wrong about color os or whatever they're running now. I'd rather just see oppo devices with world bands from now on anyways
I got the 16gb version for £729, and the new buds for free. Good deal I think. Oneplus needs to do more to attract carriers. I think a lot of people would be drawn to it in shops and online.
@@romatab.441 if you preorder in the UK from the OnePlus site they give you them from free. It's a choice between the buds or Bluetooth speakers. I also go £50 off the phone for being a long time member. Though I haven't owned a OnePlus on 5 years.
It is really not shocking that this phone does not have wireless charging. OnePlus is trying to get back to their roots by designing flagship killers and not actual flagships. By definition, flagship killers are all about power, speed and overall performance. To that end, they pair away gimmicky features like wireless charging in favor of a high-end processor, incredible memory and advanced charging technology. Combine that with amazing build quality and a low price and you have yourself an amazing flagship killer. This is also why they have announced that there will be no pro model this year. Besides, who really cares about slow gimmicky wireless charging when you can have 80 watt fast charging? As far as the IP rating is concerned, they do build every phone to be the equivalent of an IP68 rating. However, they do not want to pay for the certification because, it will drive the price point of the device up. Obviously, at a higher price it would definitely have a negative effect on their purpose of being a flagship killer. I really feel the cameras on the 11 will improve after The software updates start rolling out. The 10 Pro went through the same transformation and was amazing after the software updated. It's just a matter of dialing it in. I just ordered my 16 GB of RAM with 256 GB of storage tighten black variant factory unlocked on Amazon yesterday. I can't wait until it's delivered on February the 20th.

$550-$600 would have been the right price for this OnePlus 11. 850€ in Europe 😵💫 No wireless charging, no iP certification, USB-C 2.0 in 2023 when the OnePlus 7 had USB-C 3.0, a ×2 zoom that does not work in video, FHD 30 selfie camera not stabilized... Unless it comes with earbuds or other gifts, as much as I don't like the Pixel 7s, it will be difficult for the OnePlus 11 on the Western market, especially since in addition this year the Galaxy S23s have the 8 Gen 2 everywhere, and thanks to Samsung's promotions and offers the S23s actually come back to customers at $200-$300 cheaper than their official price,without even mentioning the offers of the communication houses (AT&T, Verizon, Orange...) in collaboration with Samsung. And I haven't even mentioned Apple yet with its iPhone 13s which are almost iPhone 14s and have dropped in price. And on the Asian market and especially in India, there are brands like Motorola with its much better equipped and cheaper Edge 40.
Usb 2.0 sucks yeah but who cares tbh, i never ever transfer large files from and to my pc. I'd rather have this usb 2.0 with amazing charging speed compared to usb 3.1 on the s23 ultra with shitty charging speed.
Good phone, but shame it doesn't have IP68, wireless charging, more colours instead of only 2 available. Actually no on s23 base. The only place is the overclock CPU. The 799 one plus has 16 gb ram along with the higher screen. The cameras are very similar. Pixel 6 is a lot less spec.
Also no 100w fast charging support in all 3 and no charging adapter in Box !! It takes 30mins for a full charge in the OP 11 and works solid for a day with heavy usage. Think OP 11 is bang for the price.

You don't want a T-Mobile variant. I have the 10 Pro from them. OnePlus released OOS 13 FIVE MONTHS ago for the global unlocked variants. T-Mobile still hasn't pushed OOS 13. RIDICULOUS!

The S23 Plus should have a 1440 resolution. Not everyone wants that square looking phone with a stylus.. That's why i love the S21 Ultra.

11 is a starter level premium phone. The Pro 10 is a better phone.
