I personally like the lines a bit more pronounced, after baking it looks solid purple to me, still an awesome project! You always make it look so easy!
When you use toggle clasps you need to put a couple extra jump rings to give the toggle room to move through the ring. I am so in love with this tutorial. I can't wait to make it!
I must say that you are a very clever young lady. I enjoy watching your tutorials though I haven't decided whether or not to tackle this art. You sure make it look easy. Thank you.
These are so perfect and realistic! You have a real talent in creating beautiful things. I always look forward to seeing another creation of yours. THANK YOU! 💜⚪💙

When it comes to chopping it up. Could ya use one of those onion chopping things that all ya gotta do is chop it, n catch it in the container then pour it out on to yr work area? It would make chopping it more easier.
Hola que bello trabajo!! 😍Soy de Colombia, por favor dime que líquido usas al final para dar brillo a las piezas terminadas? Como consigo ese líquido, cual es su marca por favor. Muchas gracias
Thank you dear, the tutorial is very beautiful, very professional, very simple and complete, very easy, very nice. Please, now I want to know what is the name of the wax What did you put the earrings with? thanks for sharing.
Great project! Could you do a quick tut on how change thr drill bits on the hand drill you used? I bought one from your shop and having some trouble getting the drills to stay in place in the tool. Love your channel and etsy shop!
I haven't had great experience with polyurethane varnish. Some never dry, others go sticky over time, some yellow, other get tacky in warm humid weather. Can you get pearlex varnish? That's a better choice.
Helen Breil recommends Golden gloss varnish but you have to dilute it and it comes in a small bottle so you have to paint each one, not dunk. It's a pain!
Samantha what size of jump ring did you use to connect all the geode slices? I already know how to make the geode slices so I didn't need to watch the video for that lol but I wasn't sure what size jump ring you used because I'm having trouble finding large ones at Michaels store in the United States in Florida so I just was curious what size they were so maybe I could just go on Amazon and attempt to find that size I really liked how the bracelet looked.
What is the druzy glitter ? I cant remember exactly what you called it. Is it just a big cut of glitter or does it have an actual name and is it a clay type accessory or would it come from a different "area" such as scrapbooking or model making? I'm a tad distracted atm which is why this question may not make total sense, please bare with me lol. Anyway, I'd love to make this as a gift for my daughters wedding guests. I've got most all of what's needed, but not glitter for druzy. I'll need to buy something. Thanks for your patience....... Hawke
Hi Sam! Gorgeous as always! I just had to say.... I was just watching the 2017 movie “The Beauty and the Beast”, and you look exactly like the pretty young girl who plays Belle! You are adorable... and smart! O, by the way... under the Cernit categories, I’m wondering if the white pearl clay you were looking for might be categorized under, “ glamour clay”? The description on it mentioned it had a pearl quality. Do you think 🤔 that could be the clay we call pearl? Just a thought, maybe you’ve already tried it. Thanx so much! Your fans adore you! 😉👍😍
Stunning. One QUESTION: which Varathane did you use there are a few different one in that brand www.google.com.au/search?q=varathane+site:au&client=safari&hl=en-au&prmd=sivn&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjNs9StzunkAhVIXSsKHe-gCwwQ_AUoAnoECAsQAg&biw=1024&bih=672

Hi, great tutorial. Thank you. I just got one question. In what liquid are you dunking the pieces? Regards
I used Varathane gloss varnish.
Very, very pretty! What are you using to hold the glitter in place?
Liquid clay.
What did you do then in?
สวยมาก...😊😊😊
thanks for this.
Bravo
Wow, beautiful !!!!!!!!! New sub here. How long do you put the cane in the freezer and what grit of sandpaper do you use ?
I put the cane in the freezer for about half an hour and I use a 400, 800, 1200, 2000, 4000, 8000 grit sand papers
@@JessamaTutorials Thank you so much.
Wuvvvv ya sweeeedy pi!!!!!!
Thnkssss millllions of lots of many goodness en sutsj 😎
what can you use if you don't have druzzy?
Coarse glitter will work.
I’m in uk and can’t get varathane so would any polyurethane varnish work
I’d like to know this as well
I haven't had great experience with polyurethane varnish. Some never dry, others go sticky over time, some yellow, other get tacky in warm humid weather. Can you get pearlex varnish? That's a better choice.
@@JessamaTutorials Varathane is a polyurethane varnish it is just the brand name you used in the tutorial. I use Minwax on my projects.
Helen Breil recommends Golden gloss varnish but you have to dilute it and it comes in a small bottle so you have to paint each one, not dunk. It's a pain!
Tammy Pluskett not all polyurethane varnishes are quite the same though.

I use about a 10mm round jumpring.
Why the paint in between layers?
Because it add just a little layer of white when you cut into the slice and gives a bit more definition to each layer.
Thank you! Very Beautiful work! I am confused, you did not baked that? Is the heat gun enough to make dry and hard? 👍💝
I did bake it twice. Once when I cut the slices and again when I used the liquid clay to attach the druzy.

You can use glitter in replacement for the druzy, but if you want the druzy look under the name glass glitter. You should be able to find it.
😍😍😍😍😍

I hear a saw in the background… or at least something that sounds like a saw…

Mine is the blue can but it is gloss, not semi gloss or satin.
