The OCS 150 is an overhead conveyor system that manages loads up to 150kg/m with a drive speed that can be varied from 1 to 80m/min. The system is capable of transporting up to a 30° angle increase depending on load weight. The drive mechanism consists of a friction belt driven by a worm gearmotor.

The drive mechanism in the OCS 150 consists of a friction belt.
Each trolley is equipped with a friction pad and four load wheels. The friction pad is pushed against the drive belt and transmits the drive force to the trolley
The drive belt is driven by an electric motor. A motor can drive up to 30 meters. If required, an extension can be connected. The drive technology is quiet and requires no lubrication.
The motor can be set for different drive speeds, between 1 and 80 meters per minute. The drive units may have a soft start and stop movement and we always use energy-efficient motors.
Each carriage has RFID chips or bar codes for identification and traceability.
Built-in sensors read the data and creates control over flows and buffer quantity in the production.
The modular system can be built with driven curves from 5 ° to 90 °.
Switches are built into the system in order to direct the trolley on or off the track. The switches are available in both 45 ° and 90 °, for both right and left direction.
The system can handle up to 25 ° incline, depending on the payload. For vertical movement we use our compact vertical conveyor. It takes minimal space and can elevate on several levels.
Transfer carriers in the system provide compact buffer areas. It also can divert trolleys in many different ways and also in various directions.
Different sections of the system can be run at variable speeds as well as forwards and backwards.
With the buffering technology Power & Free, an even balance is created in large production flows. Power & Free buffers both on the driven track and on special buffer areas. For example, before a robot station and during loading and unloading.
