The OCS 500 is an overhead conveyor system managing loads up to 500kg/m with a drive speed that can be varied from 1 to 30m/min. The system is capable of transporting up to a 25° angle increase depending on load weight. The drive mechanism consists of a rotating tube driven by a worm gearmotor.

Each trolley is equipped with four angled wheels and four load wheels.

A motor can drive up to 30 meters. If required, an extension can be connected.
The drive technology is quiet and requires no lubrication.

Each carriage has RFID chips or bar codes for identification and traceability.
