- Sangley International Airport Update
The Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) has approved the joint venture between the Cavite provincial government, Yuchengco-led House of Investments and Luis Virata’s Cavitex Holdings Inc., which will develop and operate Sangley Point International Airport
HI, which controls EEI Corporation-a quadruple A-rated general engineering contractor-has partnered with Cavitex Holdings, formerly Coastal Road Corporation, known for developing the Manila-Cavite Expressway and expanding the Coastal Road.
House of Investments and Cavitex Holdings established a consortium and brought on board bilyonaryo Lucio Tan’s Macro Asia Corp., Samsung C&T Corp. Munich International GmbH, and Ove Arup & Partners Hongkong Ltd. to participate in the project.
The PCC declared the joint venture is unlikely to substantially prevent, restrict or lessen competition.
Mall of Asia Expansion and Reclamation is an ongoing project.It will build the new Notrthwing Third floor.A new Skygarden a skypark petpark and a football pitch.

Mas malaki pa nang 4 times ang airport kaysa mismong area ng Cavite City, ayon sa ipinakitang plano.
Hindi mawawala yang seaside sa may moa,pina uusog na yang reklamation ng 47O meter mula sa seaside,kaya ngayun tinatanggal na mga tinambak dyan ,ayun yan sa PRA.2 pa lang ang pina tuloy ns reclamation.
Sa tingin ko mas maganda ang magiging design ng Sangley kaysa NMIA.

Nakakabahala ang pagyaman ng tsekwa di tayo nakakatiyak kung di sila banta sa ating kalayaan at seguridad.
Masiyado nang maraming airport. Hindi naman ganoon ka busy ang airport dito sa pinas..

@@ramilarbiol5577Hindi masasayang yan. After magawa yang SPIA. Feel ko yung NAIA gagawin nilang business district, real estate, lifestyle and entertainment center katulad sa BGC at Pasay Seaside Area. Mas okay yun kasi accessible sa mga main road at railway system.

Ang NMIA(bulacan airport) is for northern Metro-Manila(MM), NAIA is for Central MM and SPIA(Sangley airport) is for southern MM; Ang point ng pagtayo ng dalawang airport kasama ang NAIA ay para sa convenience at para hindi narin magtravel ng malayo in addition NAIA is here to stay may planned station na ng Metro-Manila Subway sa NAIA so yuh..

It's a bad idea to put another airport like Sangley. It would just limit the height of buildings in that area of Cavite. Crazy
its a reclaimed area why would it limit the height of the building there?
Landing and take off will be from and towards the water, why would that restrict the height of the buildings?
@@pk4check it would be near to other Reclamation projects so the projects near the airport would have dwarf buildings. This Sangley airport should be scrapped.
@@JoeyZee-vs4kr so, just because we can't build high rise buildings, this airport project should be scrapped?..is that what you're trying to say?...what's wrong with low-level structures like the ones built in Aseana and Entertainment City?
@@pk4check the potential of the place is jeopardised and too much real estate is wasted. Imagine if the buildings in Makati, Ortigas and BGC are told to only build their structures short. Too much area is wasted. But if this Sangley airport is sold to private hands and they develop it into prime real estates like another form of BGC in the future, isn't that fantastic? Isn't Bulacan airport enough already? This Sangley airport is just a lot of waste because unlike the Bulacan airport, the government will shoulder the expenses. 😊
