We made this cake per your recipe except we didn't have avocado oil. We used coconut oil instead and it was delicious. It was so delicious we're taking it for Thanksgiving tomorrow. Thanks for the recipe!
Canned pumpkin will work just fine. 😌Best thing about this recipe is, you can change some of the ingredients to make the flavor as mild or strong as you like! 😋
Looks great, one tip/request, could you please add the weight in grams for ingredients? It's far more accurate and using a kitchen scale means MUCH less dishes! Thanks! :)
