I haven't read any of your books but found you as a new author and I absolutely loved this office tour! Your color coding and organization is very satisfying! You keep talking about a witchy writing desk and I hope you have a tour of that!! ❤❤
We have to talk about SVH and Sweet Dreams! Not only did I read 'em back in the day, I do a ton of critical work on them, and am currently working on an article comparing the ideology of the 1980s YAs to the 1950s. I've done so much academic work/presentations on SVH that googling my name results in pix of the Wakefield twins, which is... something.

fluffy white plush carpet, although you might have to get a clear chair glider pad. Your office is gorgeous! Dreams do come true- you made it happen! You inspired me to go get my teen books out of a box in the garage and display them again. Love that!

That office is gorgeous and so well laid out! The Sweet Valley Twins books are a nostalgia hit for me - I started reading them in second or third grade, and I used to have a bunch of them. I only read a few of the Sweet Valley High books, because I got into the Nancy Drew/Hardy Boys Super Mystery books during middle school, and the Sara Stanley books by L.M. Montgomery. And Remember Me! That is THE Christopher Pike novel.

FUN FACT: My husband and I close on our 210 year old house in Salem, MA on 11/1!! Oooohhh! This looks A LOT like mine!! Rainbow color order, Sanrio (Hello Kitty, especially!), stationary, planners, washi (simply gilded!), books, markers…love it! I have a new thing for you to collect…Archer & Olive journals! They are gorgeous and I’m working on my rainbow order! I’ve wanted to do the sticky note thing forever. I CANNOT find a planner (digital or paper!) that fits my brain. I’ve tried the multiple planner things and nothing works! I MUST HAVE THOSE EMILY LEY NOTEBOOKS! Rebecca! Girl…we need to be friends.

I almost cried when I found a copy of Christopher Pike’s Remember Me at a dollar book shop!! It was my favorite!! And Sweet Dreams are what got me into reading and writing romance and I loved them so much!! Master of Murder by Christopher Pike is my favorite of all time. I wanted to be like that character, an anonymous author lol Die Softly is my 2nd favorite.

I also love the nervous laugh when it came to washi tape (self confessed stationary addict!) Sweet Valley High was HUGE when I went to school, so a lovely reminder. 💗💗You are so amazing. Those magnets @4:58 are neodymium magnets (also called rare earth magnets), and they are great for finding studs in the wall (even through the drywall)! No more tapping, or missing a stud; simply run the magnet next to the wall and it will stick to a stud! They're fantastic!
