You can combine two worn out musket books into a fresh one in the workbench. The repairing recipe will be unlocked once and forever when you place a fresh book in the workbench 💙👍
You can't craft gun barrels in the game. There are only obtained from wooden barrels found around the map. Hence they are valuable and not quite easy to get 👍💙
After you press your Tabs button there should be a crafting menu. There should be some options or other menu, one of them has the Work bench recipe. Hope that helps and you make one !

Oh that's unfortunate. You can find the gun parts by grinding some barrels. They usually drop gun parts. Killing some players might work too as they might have gun parts in their inventory.
