Indian Run Warm-Up for Volleyball

  • Whenever I have 3-5 med balls available I'll do this crowd-pleaser warm-up. It starts simply with 3 balls and chest passes, but by the end of warm-up we should have 5 balls in the mix with rotational scoop passes, OH passes, or even jump-passes.
    As always, I mix in some vb-specific strength - on this day it was Jefferson Curls with the Aquabag for low-back strength and some RMT Club cross-body swings for our shoulders.
