Gen-z should send a small group of representatives to have a dialogue with the Kenyan President (Ruto). When things get to the point they are, the best thing is for both sides to communicate via the climate of mutual respect - whereby all are listening to each other. There needs to be a "RESPECTED" mediator such as former US president Barack Obama - someone who can instill a sense of great leadership and democratic principles. We need to tone down the frustrations and have a serious/educated dialogue. We must resolve issues through a "non-violent" approach.
