No, the game auto levels the opponent cars to be the same performance as you, so you will always play against the slow dudes if you're slow.

@@raz0gaming well your exp isnt multiplied by going easy or hard, but you will be able to complete races much easier, and i mean a LOT easier you can have the starter car and win against koeniseggs
