Well they can, but then you'll be on the hook for the massive gift tax that you'll be responsible for along with the exorbitant HOA fees and of course the property taxes. So unless a person can cover all of these expenses, it would still be too expensive for some people to live here even if they were given the home for "free".

Then when they’re gone we raid their house for food and supplies stashed in the walls also we grab some of their passes and tickets and go ride rides all day but then we get back right before the owners come home so we can set up our camp and they don’t notice anything

I loved this video I guess it would be a pleasure to say that you have and/or live in a house in Disney World. Like pretty much everything else that Disney does the Golden Oak community is build to perfection; but I wonder if seeing how Disney initially intended to construct 450 homes and reduced it to 300. If Disney is going to reconsider and build another 150 homes seeing how fast the homes are now sold out.
