  • This is a Guided Meditation to help you release any shame or guilt, & to help cultivate self acceptance and self love.
    With affirmations included.
    First I guide you to relax your body fully. Then release any shame or guilt with golden light of unconditional love, a reminder is given of your inherent worthiness, from your ancestors or spiritual guides. Finally a few affirmations to help anchor it all deep within.
    Please don’t listen while your driving, cooking or have little ones in your care.
