@KaiserSoldat he put it in the top tier, therefore he thinks that it is indeed one of the best Edit: besides, just let a joke be a joke, and don't try to nitpick
Ran into a leatherface who had t3 blood warden... he waited to down one person until the gens were ready. Insta downed someone else far from the gate and hung them in the last 30 seconds of the egc...
I got a 4K using Blood Warden during End Game Collapse. I uploaded the video awhile ago because I found it funny how perfectly it worked out.. The cherry on top was that a David King was T-bagging me and then ran face first into the Blood Warden wall. It was too late for everyone😂
@@decisivedwight9222 I wouldn't always rely on that to be the deciding factor. As Hillbilly I run MYC and yet will still follow the easiest prey. Whoever is closer and can't loop as well is who I go for, no matter if it is the person who is just hooked or not.
@@iamyamz wrong tunneling is when you chase one survivor all game to get a kill instead of applying gen pressure and securing other hooks because chances are your running noed so you don't need skill to play
Rancor is at least a mid-tier. In some situations, it's even better than whispers in early game. (And late game if there are at least 3 survivors remaining at that point)
@@hellfire6714 It deserves mid-tier as is. If it only gave the bubbles and didn't do the obsession parts, then it would be low-tier, but being able to instadown and mori the obsession is way too valuable for low-tier.
As strange as it may sound, Rancor is actually top-tier perk for tracking, because it has no counter and it will always activate 5 times in total, The mori is added cheesecake at the end. The main drawback of this perk is that like bitter and murmur, it can activate during a chase making it largely irrelevant, but on Nurse and Billy who spend most of the game searching for survivors and spend almost no time chasing them, they'll always get the benefit from it.
@@crmsncrow completely agree. I honestly think its a top tier perk, and I say that with 100 percent confidence. You can literally track a person after every gen and save the obsession for last for the mori. I never run a game without it
I agree with all but Iron maiden. I run a BBQ and Iron Maiden build with Huntress, Billy and Nurse. The amount of times I've blinked/chainsawed across the map to M1 insta down a survivor earns it a Mid tier spot for me.
I would say it's still a low tier perk, because it needs to be coupled with another one to be really effective. Unlike Spirit Fury, where not having enduring still makes the perk more than viable in a chase
Indee d I think iron maiden deserves a mid tier, survivors will know whenever the killer is using bbq, at that point they will enter lockers to avoid bbq and that’s when iron maiden comes to play.
I don’t know if there’s an actual killer named billy, but if there isn’t, do you mean the pig? I don’t play the game, trying to prepare myself for when I do
I feel like since you play the game on PC this can create a bias towards more perks due to how different the game can function because of platform. Iron Grasp, for example has helped me a lot on Xbox to get survivors to basement without having to deal with hitting walls and such because of wiggling. Great list for pretty much everything else tho.
8:31 *that pixel of Predator that touches the border tho* 12:56 Monstrous Shrine looking like it's actually hanging there, in the basement of the tierlist. Makes up for the Predator.
I mean, it feeds information to the survivor team all game long just so you *might* get to insta-down and mori the obsession. It's scary, but ultimately underwhelming, IMO.
I don't understand why everyone rates Thanatophobia so highly. The full Thana effect of 16 percent slower action speed is laughably bad. Even if you have the full effect (which is pretty rare,) it would add on just under 13 seconds to a generator. Thana is powerless to stop the initial genrush. As well as that, the anti-heal benefits are lousy. Again, assuming you have the FULL Thanatophobia effect, you would make a self care last for an extra 4 seconds. 4 SECONDS. Sloppy Butcher adds on 10 seconds to a self care, use that instead! Don't like getting Genrushed? You have Ruin, Overcharge, Lullaby, Discordance and Surveillance. What is so good about Thanatophobia?
ClubSoda98 A lot of people don’t have the best luck with perks that they receive in their bloodweb.I never got ruin in any of my bloodwebs until like...this January. And I’ve been playing for nearly 2 years almost now. If you pair up Thanatophobia with other perks it can be super powerful.I used to rely a lot on Thanatophobia,Sloppy Butcher and Fire Up as a build and trust me...It worked most games for me.I think he ranked it reasonably high, because even on its own it does slow down the game and distract survivors.
if you're playing a killer like legion, everyone just stays injured so it gets bretty gud. i could also see it being useful with plague since it encourages people to go get cleansed and red sicky is always super nice.
I have a nurse build with sloppy, thanat, bbq and nurses. They have to heal for so long the chance that i randomly walk by and see them with my nurses is almost 100%
lightborn is actually pretty good at certain situations. when you break a pallet and the survivor tries to blind you at the pallet, you get a free hit every time because you dont get blinded.
Surveillance should not be mid tier, and DEFINITELY shouldn't be thought of as Overcharge but worse. If you're up against a half decent survivor and you're not playing as the Doctor, Overcharge can be completely useless as a lot of survivors don't have much issue hitting the skill checks. It's about as hard as a Decisive Strike skill check, and most survivors have a lot of experience with that perk because it was so meta. Surveillance can help you put immense pressure on survivors, if you're combining that with Ruin (assuming it's still up) it's incredibly difficult to get gens done. It's good on more than just stealth killers. I'd say it's at least high tier, but if used to it's full potential it's easily top tier.
completely agree. this is also why i think lullaby is garbage; survivors are amazing at skillchecks by this point. anything you throw their way will probably not make much of a difference. plus, if you get someone at a gen and hook them, you can see if their friends went back on it to finish it. and its amazing at endgame to stall out the last gen. not to mention high mobility killers... its great for pressure and controlling the match more.
@@PaintThePaints I want to main nightmare or Ghostface, have both unlocked but I want to unlock the main meta perks. Throughout time I've bought perks in the shrine like BBQ, pop, discordance and nurses. I can unlock two killers atm and I'm having trouble picking. Plague for corrupt/infectious fright, pig fit surveillance and make your choice, Myers for STBFL or Spirit only cuz she's so OP. On Freddy and GF I'd think thrilling tremors, corrupt, surveillance would be ideal? I genuinely don't get STBFL on why it's better than the ones I mentioned?
I used to run that combination all the time and I like to find other survivors while someone was on my shoulder and body blocking was a gift. I got a trophy while doing it that I didn’t even know existed. Have you tried STBFL, Unrelenting, and Enduring? It not perfect but I put it on Ghostface as a joke build to stab at everything but it was actually pretty good. If you miss through someone’s Head Hard, Unrelenting helps keep your flow going just a little bit and if you get your stacks of STBFL you can pretty much swing through anything and keep going since Enduring is backing you up.
V1cious_Ghost body blocking is only good at the end of the game, at this stage of the game I can hit 2 people and make it to a hook and if all 3 are body blocking, then wonderful they aren’t doing gens which gets me free hits without gems being done and I’ll gladly accept that but in most cases it’s a free hit and u still hook them so body blocking is over rated
Yeah, but smart survivors Will actually do gens. Body block is waste your time as survivor, and good for the killer If you hit one of the survivors blocking
Unrelenting is really helpful when you’re a new player, it helped me a lot because I could actually take risks with lunges that I wouldn’t otherwise, which allowed me to learn what distances I can work with. It also helped when survivors did the circling dodges and I wasn’t yet good at hitting them regardless. Basically hope you get it when you’re first starting and on your first killers, it’s amazing to have it at first, especially at tier 2 and 3. However, once you have any of the other perks and have learned the game well you should swap it out for a perk that is now better for you.
I find ranking killer perks so tricky because one perk can be garbage for one killer, godly for another killer, meh for one killer, situation for another killer and so on. Most people rank it for the amount of killers can use the perk, others rank it for how powerful it is in one situation and the discussions never end.
I actually realize that. If a survivor have their 3 unique perks, that able to snap into their Item slot, so they can have their 4 custom perks & 1 unique perk (without able to pickup item) that will bring unique for each survivor.
OI MATE! THAT INTRO SONG IS FROM THE DUSTFORCE SOUNDTRACK! I get super hyped whenever I hear that OST somewhere and it's not coming from my own music library. Such a beautiful and underrated OST. Literally one of my 2 favourite OSTs of all time.
discordance should have been on top imo because it covers 2 things from your "3 factors determine a perk's rank" Survivor Detection and Objective Prevention / Regression you can interrupt 2 or more survivors rushing a gen meaning you find survivors and prevent them from rushing that gen (btw I just started watching you and your videos are really entertaining and fun to watch)
Honestly I respect u talking about what each perk does because that’s what I really wanted to know!!! Obviously the community ranks perks from top to low tier but I just wanted to know what the perks do so I could possibly picture said perk with specific killers to make interesting builds! The only perk I would change is Hex: Devour Hope! I think it’s top tier based on what I have experienced even with 3 tokens, the exposed status effect makes it an op perk!! Otherwise, great video and fantastic editing keep it up this vid probably took forever and it came out awesome!
7:30 up till here I agreed with all your picks to a decent degree, but Overcharge does not deserve a spot above mid tier. Most survivors have an easy time hitting the skillcheck and if they miss the skillcheck, you don't often get a benefit from it unless you break chase with a survivor you were chasing 11:45 second offence, Thanatophobia is not in the high tier, again, mid tier at best 25:40 thrid disagreement, stridor is mid tier. You don't need to perk to find injured survivors as long as you have a decent headset and concentration. Usually, if you hear someone with stridor, you would have also heard them without it 26:10 just done on talking about stridor and then you put ranchor in the low tier. Ranchor is mid tier at worst, but I'd argue it's high tier. Yes the obsession is able to see your aura, but getting an insta kill on a survivor, even tough it's only at the end, is really strong. Not to mention that the obsession might have object of obsession which makes them not even realise you have Ranchor or you can equip it on killers that don't have their aura revealed on certain occasions. Like Freddy, Mychael or Wraith 27:00 Agitation should be mid tier. Unlike iron grasp, it reduces the time you waste on hooking survivors and unlike mad grit, you can actually down survivors trying to bodyblock you
Disagree with Rancor. Late game you want to bait altruism for the best returns - Rancor doesn't do that. Moris are useful BEFORE gens are done (removing a survivor to slow progression) but after gens moris are not nearly as good. The aura thing isn't very good for the killer (it's just the audio notification bubble not an actual aura) especially with how prevalent SWF is. The best part of this perk is the situational mori which is only vs the obsession and only late game when moris aren't as good. Too situational and narrow of a perk to be anything but low tier. If the aura part was actually auras and it didn't reveal the killer to the obsession it would be a solid mid tier pick IMO.
I play in red ranks consistently and overcharge hits so much its definitely deserves its spot. That's all you can hope for tbh because if you're going against swf it doesn't matter what you bring most if the time you'll get shit on.
Best list yet PR. I’m sad there aren’t more lists for you to make like this....at least for a while. It’s good to see your sub base, views and comments all going up so fast. Good work sir.
I watched this video earlier today laughing at the idea that spine chill was top tier. Then I played the whole day using it and I can see why its so great. Definitely deserves a spot in top tier perks.
Okay so I watch your videos because I'm a Dead by Daylight player, but also because your voice is relaxing af, and when you covered the whispers perk I was completely fucking gone hahaha, great job mate.
I disagree with Infectious Fright, it should be high tier. The ability to know when another survivor is around after downing one has high snowball potential, especially with m1 killers like Nurse. Also, it was never really "nerfed", it was just fixed to do what it's supposed to do. It was never supposed to reveal auras, just makes survivors scream, hence the name.
bobbyblabby13 >m1 killers >nurse Nurse isnt a m1 killer, as she can just ignore everything and relies a lot on her power. I’m not denying Infectious fright is awesome on nurse though.
clannie bilhoofd m1 killers are the ones which’s powers dont help then in chases and rely on only using M1 (wraith, trapper, freddy [he has arguably one of the best pressue games though], myers, clown [bottles help a little], leatherface [his instadown doesnt exist in high ranks], etc) Nurse relies in her power heavily therefore shes not a m1 killer
@@vicho4571 So basically your denying that a killer that uses their mouse1 as their main ability to down someone (only ability to down someone) is a mouse1 killer? Im totally confused at this because thats like saying wraith isnt an m1 killer because he rely's heavily on his ability to get someone downed. Use a bit of logic
Wolftime i give up. M1 killers are the ones who’s power doesn’t give them a great advantage in chases, easiest way to explain. The nurse isnt a m1 killer because her blinks are almost a requirement to down survivors. Trapper is a m1 because his traps are more of a passive power and he doesnt rely on them to down (which is why he sucks)
Distressing is amazing for wraith purely because it gives you 100% bonus to some bloodpoints at teh cost of one perk slot, especially useful in lower ranks where the actual use of perks is less important, and for new players who need to get rich and, again, are in ranks and situations where most of their perks aren’t the best perks yet and/or they’re in lower ranks.
Its awesome that I finally found a DBD player who actually has some personality and interacts with the other survivors/killers (like nodding your head for example). This might seem pointless but it really gives your videos more life in my opinion.
I use bloodhound because as wraith I can just find a person before they notice me, get a sneak attack on them, and it no longer matters how well they hide, what perks they have, etc. unless they glitch out they are unable to escape me without the help of other players, normally bodyblocking.
My favourite perk loadout(out of which perks i have) are, Devour Hope, BBQ and chilli, Ruin, Spirit Fury i use this on Spirit which is the only killer i play as really and i get 4k almost every game
Franklins Demise is DEFINITELY a top tier perk. It allows you to counter any items survivors bring in. Gen-rush Toolboxes, countered. Flashlight saves, countered. Medkits, Keys, Maps all countered. And you literally get to see if you need it or not, making it always useful when you need it.
Some viewers in my Survivor Perk Tier List video were mad that I didn't comment on every perk, which was fair for them to feel that way. So I gave each perk here its time in the limelight. But there's definitely a few killer perks here that I would have enjoyed replacing with gag videos. Beast of Prey, Coulrophobia, and Monstrous Shrine come to mind.
@@PainReliever You do a great job, sir. You instruct effectively how to play DBD effectively and why things work (perks, characters, etc.), combined with a terrific sense of humor. BTW, when I saw this vid last night, it had 233 views -- now it's up to 20K. Well done!
Thank you for acknowledging Freddy's ability to slow the game out. As a Freddy main it's always nice to see people give him the credit he deserves instead of just "lol 7 seconds"
@@CLN_1337 Ruin sure, BBQ? Nah. Semi-good survivors don't really double back after someone gets hooked. Good and great survivors do though. It's still a useful perk that is just not quite as good against good survivors - you still get to know where they are, you just can't take for granted that you know where they are going.
@@guillermoservin3301 Yeah, I kinda agree. Most are pretty accurate but some are not as good as he makes them out to be. His top list is pretty accurate though.
I've had an idea once when writing a fan killer concept for the xenomorph. Nightmare perks. Its a bit like obsession perks, but instead of the killer becoming obsessed with a survivor, one survivor becomes traumatized by the killer, wich would cause various negative effects, usually upon entering the killer's terror radius. Also, while obsession perks require the killer to play around their mecanic to get specific benefits, nightmare perks would instead force the survivors to adapt their playstyle in order to avoid the various negative impacts of these perks. Heres an example of a nightmare perk, this one was made for the xenomorph fan concept i was talking avout earlier. Nightmare : No one can hear you scream. One survivor becomes traumatized by you. Every time they enter your terror radius, they will have to perform a tremendously difficult skillcheck. If they fail, they will scream and reveal their location, and any action they were performing ( repairing, healing) will regress as if they had missed a normal skillcheck. Other survivor cannot hear the scream, and there is no indicator that the traumatized survivor is being affected by a nightmare perk. However, if the traumatized survivor fails their skillcheck while being healed by another survivor, an icon will apear around their name to indicate that a nightmare perk is affecting them. This perk may be empowered by further tormenting the affected survivor. Every time you injure, hook, or down the affected survivor, this perk gains a token. From 1-3, the survivor becomes nervous when inside your terror radius, even if they sucessfully perform theur skillcheck, causing them to breathe loudly and whimper in fear, the second and third token increasing the volume of those sounds. From 3-5, remaining in your terror radius for too long will trigger extra skill checks, the 4th and 5th token decreasing the amount of time required. Upon collecting the 6th token, failing the skillcheck will reveal the affected survivor's aura, as well as the aura of survivors in close proximity with them. If the traumatized survivor dies, the next downed survivor will become traumatized. I know this perk might be a bit too strong, so i'm open to balance suggestions.
New Killer and teachable perk idea! That'd take too long. For some perks, I did mention the different killers that could make the best use of them, but this video was more of an overview. Discussing the nuances of every killer and perk combination would require a whole video series probably.
@@PainReliever Oh, that was what I was implying. It would be interesting to see you go through the best and worst perks for each killer. It doesn't seem like it has been frequently done either.
1. Nice to see someone appreciate the subtle power of M&A. 2. NOED is so unreliable that Idk if it belongs in the top tier or not. 3. I'm pretty sure Pop Goes the Weasel only decreases 25% of current progress. 4. Agitation can save you a lot of time and momentum you could lose during transporting bodies to hooks so I personally think it should be mid-tier.
1. M&A is super powerful on most of the killer, agreed. 2. Noed.. oh noed. Kinda OP tbh. Even tho it's a hex, that doesn't change anything really. 3. Yeah it should. 4. Agitation is just iron graps but you go zoom

Not complaining about Franklin's Demise's placing, far from it, but I do want to list my reasons as to why I feel it is underrated as a killer perk. The reason are a follows: 1. Survivors have a tendency to go back to where they lost their items due to wanted to keep it and it also lowers the item charges. 2. If a survivor brought a key, they'll need a lot of luck finding it. 3. It can easily ensure people do not use their items to heal or repair generators. 4. It can help get rid of those pesky flashlights. 5. Finally, cocky survivors can lose their items at the exit while wanting you to get that last swing off on them as a way of taunting because they either forgot you were running it or didn't know at all. Thank you for reading this if you indeed have.
you put a lot of perks that should belong in mid in low and now i am slightly angry. How dare you make me slightly angry at something i don't even care about
@@ndy8463 Cannibal is only viable with Insta-Saw add-ons. And even then, he will probably lose against good survivors. Bubonic Plague can be powerfull, but you still can get to a pallet and loop her while you are broken. I don t think these add-ons need a nerf. Tombstone Myers is trash at high ranks. Your stalk takes too long, you are too slow and survivors can counter your Mori by hiding in a locker. I think they are balanced. Machine Gun Huntress is balanced now. Stressful Doctor is a problem just on The Game. And even there, you still can win against him. Legion will gets changes in the next mid chapter. Body Block Wraith isn t so powerful and it s Wraith, let him have something good. Developers already said that they will rework Nurse add-ons and will nerf Insta Saw Billy. Just Prayer Beads will remain actually a OP add-on from your tier list soon.

Lemme sum it up for ya: 1) Purple addons or higher = win for killer, EASY win for top tier killers 2) Green addons = 3k for smart killers 3) Yellow addons = makes low tier killers winnable 4) Brown addons = brown addons
Agitation has another good aspect: it makes you faster than survivors while carrying a downed survivor, which can catch people by surprise, landing you what are effectively free hits
Honestly love infectious fright paired with knockout. Believe it or not, I let two people simply bleed out to death (different games) and it was really interesting. One game i saw someone heal and at first i thought "Oh they found the downed person" but to my surprise, that person kept bleeding out. Having one person almost inactive for a while is devastating and another in immediate chase is such an efficient way for me to play killer. I know it gets countered by swf but from my experiences, it was satisfying to get a kill without having to hook someone three times
I know he mentioned it but I cannot overstate the power of distressing on the doctor, combined with terror radius and static field madness boosting addons, it is grotesque how quickly you can find survivors. They will almost never get a generator done under your nose.
One game found out who my obsession is by looking in pause menu and with nurse I blinked in the gates and when they opened my obsession runs toward me, I then insta down them and Mori them inside the gates. That’s why people don’t like rancor.
Agitation is very useful for slugging survivors while carrying because they will underestimate your movement speed, especially if they are exposed, or you hit them before picking the survivor up.
Monitor and Abuse is my favorite perk and a main stay everytime... it's just such a quality of life improvement and it feels great nomatter the killer. Close second is Make Your Choice. So satisfying to be able to so rigorously punish people for daring to perform one of the key aspects to being a survivor. Its synergy with Devour Hope is so fun too.

Whoa.....
Thought it would be ironically funny as he put it into low tier where it belongs, but then he inexplicably put it in top tier. Hope I end up with him playing as Killer in my next game.
@KaiserSoldat he put it in the top tier, therefore he thinks that it is indeed one of the best

It's legit. But I think Mr Relievers is aware of that already
Blood warden could be more useful since endgame collapse is a thing
I agree
Ran into a leatherface who had t3 blood warden... he waited to down one person until the gens were ready. Insta downed someone else far from the gate and hung them in the last 30 seconds of the egc...
I got a 4K using Blood Warden during End Game Collapse. I uploaded the video awhile ago because I found it funny how perfectly it worked out.. The cherry on top was that a David King was T-bagging me and then ran face first into the Blood Warden wall. It was too late for everyone😂
Blood warden is a bitch now tbh.
Yea, but it's a lot harder to use because most survivors 99 exit gates and dont open them
I love make your choice since it's basically the killer screaming "I ain't gonna tunnel you m8"
So true. When I know a killer is running it, I know it's safer to unhook survivors and not have them get tunneled
@@decisivedwight9222 I wouldn't always rely on that to be the deciding factor. As Hillbilly I run MYC and yet will still follow the easiest prey. Whoever is closer and can't loop as well is who I go for, no matter if it is the person who is just hooked or not.
Can someone explain what is tunneling?
Chasing down a survivor that just got rescued from the hook. It's more of a made up word since it is the killers main goal to y'know, kill.

If rancor gave auras instead of bubbles or had the downside removed maybe
I never run a game without it
@@ndy8463 My thoughts exactly

Iron Maiden is very good on Doctor because survivors might be hiding in lockers to prevent their madness from increasing.
I don’t play the game, trying to prepare myself for when I do
Happyfacecat There’s a killer called “Hillbilly” which is why Scope called him “Billy”. It’s a nickname or for short.
DuhTacos: thank you, I remembered Billy was the name of the puppet from saw so I wasn’t sure, so thank you again
8:31 *that pixel of Predator that touches the border tho*
12:56 Monstrous Shrine looking like it's actually hanging there, in the basement of the tierlist. Makes up for the Predator.
Rancor being low tier is an OMEGALUL
I mean, it feeds information to the survivor team all game long just so you *might* get to insta-down and mori the obsession. It's scary, but ultimately underwhelming, IMO.
In my experience, people who know they are rancor as the first to leave anyway.
Completely agree....rancor is one of the best perks in the game

It’s a jack of all trades basically
I guess the deal is that it effects anything
But yes i prefer sloppy
I have a nurse build with sloppy, thanat, bbq and nurses. They have to heal for so long the chance that i randomly walk by and see them with my nurses is almost 100%
Most spots I agree on, but there a few questionable spots imo (Third Seal, Knock Out, Rancor, Stridor etc)
Croquedead lol yep, third seal isn’t low tier - can’t presume every game will be be a SWF and for solo survs it’s such a pain when slugging
I don't think Spirit Fury deserves top tier either, it's good with enduring but only if you're playing low tier m1 killers.
Bamboozle is not top tier as well.
lightborn is actually pretty good at certain situations. when you break a pallet and the survivor tries to blind you at the pallet, you get a free hit every time because you dont get blinded.
I love the new surveillance a lot, after it being a meme since its release now it's finally a good perk
For me it's definitely Top or High tier. I run it on every killer

I think The Third Seal could be useful on The Pig, especially when survivors have their Reverse Bear Trap on.
TheGamingGuy It doesn’t block the auras of the Jigsaw Boxes
@DirtJar there’s an add on with the pig that causes blindness when you put a reverse bear trap on a survivor
i think you underrated Agitation, iron grasp,Mad Grit. so many people body block now
Nah it still doesn't justify having them on consistently. Only confident players will do that and it's not hard to counter without those perks.
@@dbyrd814 What? Body blocking a killer is easy, for the killer no Lol it waste time and you basically down a survivor for nothing

Thanataphobia as top tier and iron grasp, a perk that gets survivors to the basement and helps counter body blocking, being a low tier perk
Crazy Guy it adds 4 seconds
I find ranking killer perks so tricky because one perk can be garbage for one killer, godly for another killer, meh for one killer, situation for another killer and so on.
Most people rank it for the amount of killers can use the perk, others rank it for how powerful it is in one situation and the discussions never end.
True. Survivors are just technically skins.
BBQ, Ruin, Enduring, Spirit fury is good on all killers except Nurse and maybe Huntress.
I actually realize that. If a survivor have their 3 unique perks, that able to snap into their Item slot, so they can have their 4 custom perks & 1 unique perk (without able to pickup item) that will bring unique for each survivor.
@@WR1317 That would bring more people to claud for selfcare not using a perk slot but I like the idea
@@gearinthemachine990 And on every skin, you have to grind bloodwebs to perk it up :-(

discordance should have been on top imo because it covers 2 things from your "3 factors determine a perk's rank" Survivor Detection and Objective Prevention / Regression you can interrupt 2 or more survivors rushing a gen meaning you find survivors and prevent them from rushing that gen (btw I just started watching you and your videos are really entertaining and fun to watch)
I was waiting for this, after seeing this the survivor one. Some controversial ones but I agree with your opinion. Great vid
I use on Iron Maiden on Doctor to prevent them from hiding in lockers to avoid the passive madness gains.
Great video!
Given me Soo many ideas for my Legion Builds.
Excellent work, Mr. Soothing Voice.
I'd personally put discoranence in top tier, save the best for last in mid tier, and whispers in top tier.
good vid, mah dude!
JakeTheCookie discordance isn’t top tier
eh, i disagree, it's amazing for killers that lack map pressure tbh
JakeTheCookie good survivors know that you’re supposed to work on one gen at a time since it’s faster.
fair enough, but not everyone's that good or coordinated
(I'm usually about rank 7-10, so that's on me)
I wish they would put a survivor or killer perk which lets you see the survivors aura for a few seconds after they jumped from a higher position.
weird question but what rank were you when you recorded the clip at 11:45? Because I think I am the Laurie.
As a noob, this list has been super helpful, thanks for making it!
I'm gonna use this when I can't get to sleep
Me after i was done (Mr. dwight was tired our poor baby dweet)
7:30 up till here I agreed with all your picks to a decent degree, but Overcharge does not deserve a spot above mid tier. Most survivors have an easy time hitting the skillcheck and if they miss the skillcheck, you don't often get a benefit from it unless you break chase with a survivor you were chasing
11:45 second offence, Thanatophobia is not in the high tier, again, mid tier at best
25:40 thrid disagreement, stridor is mid tier. You don't need to perk to find injured survivors as long as you have a decent headset and concentration. Usually, if you hear someone with stridor, you would have also heard them without it
26:10 just done on talking about stridor and then you put ranchor in the low tier. Like Freddy, Mychael or Wraith
27:00 Agitation should be mid tier.

The only problem I had with this is Rancor is ranked low tier.
I watched this video earlier today laughing at the idea that spine chill was top tier. Then I played the whole day using it and I can see why its so great. Definitely deserves a spot in top tier perks.
Wrong video, but you right Spine chill is great

Okay so I watch your videos because I'm a Dead by Daylight player, but also because your voice is relaxing af, and when you covered the whispers perk I was completely fucking gone hahaha, great job mate.
I disagree with Infectious Fright, it should be high tier. The ability to know when another survivor is around after downing one has high snowball potential, especially with m1 killers like Nurse.
Also, it was never really "nerfed", it was just fixed to do what it's supposed to do. It was never supposed to reveal auras, just makes survivors scream, hence the name.
bobbyblabby13
>m1 killers
>nurse
Nurse isnt a m1 killer, as she can just ignore everything and relies a lot on her power. I’m not denying Infectious fright is awesome on nurse though.
@@vicho4571 nurse is m1 lol
clannie bilhoofd m1 killers are the ones which’s powers dont help then in chases and rely on only using M1 (wraith, trapper, freddy [he has arguably one of the best pressue games though], myers, clown [bottles help a little], leatherface [his instadown doesnt exist in high ranks], etc)
Nurse relies in her power heavily therefore shes not a m1 killer
#facts
Excellent tutorial, PR. Was there no Killer Perk bad enough in your estimation
that would warrant a kitten video, or Coach on the Casio keyboard?
Some viewers in my Survivor Perk Tier List video were mad that I didn't comment on every perk, which was fair for them to feel that way. So I gave each perk here its time in the limelight. But there's definitely a few killer perks here that I would have enjoyed replacing with gag videos. Beast of Prey, Coulrophobia, and Monstrous Shrine come to mind.
@@PainReliever You do a great job, sir. You instruct effectively how to play DBD effectively and why things work (perks, characters, etc.), combined with a terrific sense of humor.

Doing well without BBQ, Ruin, enduring is nearly impossible against semi good survivors.
Ironic, because semi good survivors can counter easily Ruin and BBQ.
Super GAMING, seeing where everyone is, is vital for pressuring generators
@@CLN_1337 Ruin sure, BBQ? Nah. Semi-good survivors don't really double back after someone gets hooked. Good and great survivors do though.
I know this perk might be a bit too strong, so i'm open to balance suggestions.
aw, you called me awesome :)

The Dark (Also like Freddy, has his own world: The Void)
Height: 6”2
Speed: 4.4m/s / 110% (Speed of Spirit/Hag/Huntress) For every survivor in the Void grants a 0.1m/s speed boost (+2.5%)
Base Terror Radius: 28m
In the Void: 4m
Ability: The Void Follows
Spending years in the dark alone has given you the ability to see extremely well.
Every survivor has a timer of 30 seconds before entering the Void. Once in the Void, any interactions with Void Traps or Void Pallets results with a punishment of being hindered for 3 seconds (can be increased with add ons) The only way to exit the Void is by using a flashlight and using it on another survivor or using one of the 5 lanterns scattered across the map. Survivors in the void can only see up to 32 meters around them.
Void Traps
*Can hold 10 traps. (Can have more with specific add ons.)
*If a survivor in the Void interacts with one, a large cloud of black gas (only visible to the survivor, the gas is translucent to the killer.
*Causes the survivor to scream, and obtain the hindered status
Void Pallets
*Can hold 6 Void pallets (Specific add ons add more)
*Void pallets are not fake, however, the stun damage is reduced by 30% and instantly break once the stun is over.
*Survivors in the Void are affected by the Hindered and blindness for 5 and 50 seconds.

Any survivor injured by your basic attack will grant a temporary extra 5% movement speed for 40/50/60 seconds and causes the healing speed to be reduced by 5/10/15%.
“The more blood you lose, the stronger I get...” -The Dark
Hex: Darkness Lurks
Your strengths grows as you chase your prey and they lose hope over time.
As long as he hex totem remains uncleansed, all survivors suffer from the following:
After any generator is completed, all survivors are exposed for 40/60/80 seconds, and their auras are revealed for 5 seconds. However, your movement speed is decreased by 5/8/12%.
Once every generator is powered and the exit gates are powered(open or unopened), they scream every time they enter your terror radius for 1/2/3 seconds.
“Your hope feeds my darkness. It lingers as you try to escape” -The Dark
Bloodbath
Shedding blood is your favourite hobby, so you can do it quicker and easier.
When in a chase, your terror radius is increased to The chased survivor by 6/8/10m. Once out of a chase, for 30/40/60 seconds, they constantly hear a heartbeat. Once you’ve lost chase with them, your terror radius is reduced to 0 meters for 60/80/100 seconds, only to the survivor in and out of the chase. When out of a chase, the survivor is exposed for 5/10/15 seconds and your speed is increased by 5%. When ending a chase, gain a token up to 5 tokens. For each token, grants you a 20% bonus bloodpoints in every category.

OMFG YES ASMR ON WHISPERS @14:22 THANK YOU SO MUCH PAINRELIVER ❤❤😍😍
Go on a different video for that
@@opachkii But I like his channel >:(
Some dude On the internet it’s not meant for ASMR >:(
@@opachkii ik its just that his voice is so smooth, everyone thinks that
Bruh this video is actually so well made, big ups on the great video :)
You should rank killer perks per killer instead of just overall because they have drastically different impacts depending on the killer.
That would be a 8-hour long video!
@@BRO-io8ve
Yeah but agitation saves time which means more time looking for survivors and patrolling gens. Also I wouldn't say NOED is op, but it's definitely an unfair perk that is unrelable at best.
On console, iron grasp is really useful
why does being on console matter
@@jansportslostwin8214 because, controllers are more difficult to use, one time a Kate with boil over made my life so difficult because you could barely control yourself.
@@stupid6588 i mean you could just use keyboard and mouse
@@jansportslostwin8214 you think I have that kind of money
Not complaining about Franklin's Demise's placing, far from it, but I do want to list my reasons as to why I feel it is underrated as a killer perk. The reason are a follows:
How dare you make me slightly angry at something i don't even care about
His voice whispering or not is perfect for ASMR
Could you make a videos ranking the most powerful killers addons builds?
Add ons are a reason of why the game is unbalanced.
Okay and?
@@CLN_1337 What? Tombstone Myers weak? Lol even top tier survivors think its op,Lol it does take a while so? Run ruin, trust me the 30-40 secs it last will buy you a lot of time lol
Really enjoy your videos, i love your relaxing asmr voice and dead by daylight info, ive been binge watching your videos for like 2 days now 😄
Can you make a video about the add-ons of each killer?
Lol that's gunna be a LONG video. Would be cool but that's gunna be a project for sure.
Lemme sum it up for ya:
1) Purple addons or higher = win for killer, EASY win for top tier killers
2) Green addons = 3k for smart killers
3) Yellow addons = makes low tier killers winnable
4) Brown addons = brown addons
@@saltana2323 well yes but actually no
i love the way you say "Its... a low tier"
great video but in my oppinion rancor is very helpful its like barbecue and chilli but for generators
You could run discordance, bitter murmurs, or surveillance. All of those are better and let you know where survivors are. Rancor is to niche

Cool video. Love the way you put it together
I subbed a week ago after a game, everyone disconnected and you let me live xD thanks you, your videos are awesome
This is the best dbd commentary I’ve ever seen other than No0b3
pain thank you for getting me into DBD and enjoy your relaxing videos!! very helpful
Its synergy with Devour Hope is so fun too.
when he got to hex:ruin, we all knew where that was gonna go, no description needed, but still, thanks you
He always has something to say that just shits on the perk, he expects it to make him win everytime
