I hope you are all keeping well
Today was a video with a difference, I wanted to give you a little inspiration by trying to re-create on trend Pinterest outfit plus size edition.
I am very interested to know what you thought?
It was a lot of fun playing around and trying to make what I have in my wardrobe work to create each outfit.
Some of the outfits were definitely ones that I would wear, and some were a bit out of my comfort zone, but I'm glad I tried it as it gave me many more ideas when creating my own outfits.
I have tried to link all I can down below for you, however alot of the items I have are old, so I could not link them.
I have written what each outfit consisted of if you want to try and re- create one of the outfits.

Greetings from Canada. It's hard to choose which outfit is my favorite because you nailed every look. I do like the opening outfit with the orange shirt. The colour suits your skin tone and personality. I do like the second white dress with the denim jacket and quite like it with the belt. It is an outfit I would wear. Your smile and joyful personality make my day. I love your accent and your friendly manner shines through. I am also in chronic pain so I admire how you press through your pain to present content. I live with mental illness and your bright personality and generous smile lift my mood. Thank you for all that you do Jodi. You are a classy lady.

I hit rock bottom before I decided to start a TH-cam channel due to my health and other traumatic events in my life. So I really do understand how you feel having poor mental health and chronic pain.

I really liked this pinterest recreations. You nailed the looks. I liked the white sleeveless dress better. If you don't want to carry big bags, you could get a couple of inexpensive small bags in black and brown or tan.

OH Jodi,you look as good as any of the models also the out fits made you look slimmer tucking your shirts in gave you so much shape you did not need the shape wear there all summer out fits and the shape wear would make you very hot, you made me think about what i have in my wardrobe and try tucking my tops in as iv always coverd up in big shirts and tops but im going to try thing different thank you xx

Oh wow! Im so inspired by this Jodie. I do have similar items in my wardrobe so am going to try and re create what you did. I am not keen on skinny jeans any more either so I have found a pair of ecru mom jeans from M & S and black too so have ordered them to try with two of your ensembles. I already have a light blue pair of their mom jeans which are more casual and love them. Fantastic video thank you

You have the outfits matched up pretty much well. You cannot work miracles with what you have in your wardrobe. The sandals that you are looking for were in M& S yesterday in a wide fit in a beige colour. They didn’t have my size so could not try them on. If I wore a white dress would look like an apparition as I have pale skin anyway lol. I prefer the white Marks dress to be honest with you.

Hi my love jodie. 😍 What a great idea to use what we've got already. Yr gonna have to do more of these. I need to stop buying stuff & try this out. You done good with recreating all the looks. I'm about a size 16-18 UK & I'm really short about 5ft 1 so I look bigger than what I am & my confidence is a bit low wearing certain things but I've got to a stage in my life where I'm OK with my body! U did a great job with all the outfits, looked fun!!! U can make the chain shorter on ur YSL bag, u need to wrap the chain under the flap a couple times then pull both handles up and it will shorten the chain, I hope u get what I mean ❤x

Yes, if I'm honest, it was great to recreate these outfits, but I think I dress just as stylish but in a way that compliments my plus-size body.

Wow! What a great video…..You’ll be shattered after that for sure. I tried on say 10 new items for Summer this morning but that finished me off 🥵🤪 Thank you though for some great ideas n was only thinking that you could swap your skinny cream jeans with your beige linens n then you wore them in the next one lol. Realistically you can inter change most of those items creating many more outfits. . So your shopping list is…short black bag, new tan sandals etc etc 👍🏻😂😂

Darling, it takes time, but honestly, you really need to give yourself grace . You need to make a list of all the reasons why you love yourself and your body. All your body has carried you through, and when you can try looking in a bigger mirror.
I know how you feel because I once felt the same, and I, too, would never look at my reflection.

Had to come back and say, the button down white dress have you thought about turning the top bit inwards so it makes like a V shape to the dress!? Just a thought 😊 would you say finding ideas on this site has given you ideas on what could go with what because everything you matched I absolutely loved. I think I'll try that site because you look stunning in everything. Funny thing I was thinking, I bet your glad you bought those pieces when you did because they've come in handy! I've got a denim jacket but it's a shade darker and a little shorter but I like the lighter shade, I feel it makes any outfit that little bit more dressier if you know what I mean and you've proven just that. Like I said earlier, I preferred your style! 'We all need a little black bag' as you said in the funny voice 😂 your a breath of fresh air Jodie and you don't realise how happy you make a lot of people, me included. And hubby was not right when he said that white dress that flows out at the bottom makes you look bigger, no it doesn't, it really looks lovely on you and glad you dress for yourself! Whilst I'm here, I went into Primark in Stratford City and looked for the Tupac t-shirt you showed in one of your hauls but they didn't have my size 😩I was looking for a large or xl but nothing for me! When I say I wasn't happy...I wasn't happy!!!! I had my straight leg jeans in hand, a blazer in hand and that would have topped it off but it wasn't meant to be..! I went to my local primark and they didn't have the size jeans I wanted so went to Stratford knowing I'd get them in there. When I told my hubby we're going to Stratford and to Primark the first thing he said was he's waiting outside 😂 he can't stand it because it's so hot in there for him and to be fair he's right! Your so kind Jodie, thanks for offering. Glad I'm not alone in the chatting group! Whenever I go shopping, hubby waits in the car and he knows I'm not going to be in and out, I'm going to be 1/2hr if not more because I'm always chatting to the staff lol I just can't help myself!
