So basically it changes between G# major and C# minor. BUT he plays C# minor in two positions and switches between them. You can hear in the section starting at 0:06, the actual switching starts just before 00:09 and ends at 0:12, during that bit he sounds like he’s changing between chords but they’re the same chord in different positions. G#major: 466544 C#minor: 9 11 11 9 9 9 C#minor (same chord as above but different position on the guitar): x46654 Start on G#major and then up to C#minor for a bit and listen to the track to figure out the rhythm of how he changes in between the C#minor chord.
