It seems to me that a huge part of the modern music scene is making cover art and song/album titles that draw attention, and more importantly, are somehow authentic to the music it's naming. "Kick it to me" is maybe the best named song this side of the pandemic. The longer you listen the better the name fits, just the warmth, exuberance, willingness to try, and genuine feeling. Edit: I'm very curious how aware the rest of the musicians were of "the lick" meme when making this song, or if the sax player is just a nefarious kiddo. I'm not a musician myself, so not sure how ubiquitous it is outside of sax players.
