I just made some goated instant mac and cheese while watching this. Annies white cheddar and shells, and threw in some parmasean cheese, paprika, rosemary, garlic salt, and spicy pepper flakes.
Not to brag but a make an amazing 4 cheese mac and cheese. Mild cheddar, mozzarella, provolone, and either muenster or Parmesan, on either rigatoni or shells. The trick is adjust how much of each you want to get your ideal taste.
