    Just absolutely....WOW....this stuff lowers the bar of producing a track so much more than the 10 year old DAW-software I use. The MKIII has triggered my will to re-dive into producing 100% 👍👍👍

    Your tip on drum fills using the Notes and Note Repeat buttons is fully THE MISSING LINK that i've been searching for since i got my Maschine+ over a month ago! i've been struggling trying to figure out how to best use the unit in a live performance setting, and you have given me the Holy Grail of tips! Can't thank you enough, i'll shout you out someday in my future shows!!! 😍😍😍🙏🙏🙏

    Thanks.
    Small correction: when the chord is e.g. ‘1-3-5’ it doesn’t mean adding notes 3 and 5 semitones from the tonic - it means adding notes 3 and 5 of the scale. In Gm this would be G-Bb-D.

    Wow, that is some kewl stuff, especially with the ribbon. - a nightmare to attempt in a DAW

    At 4 minutes I subbed :)
    For a few weeks, been browsing about the Roland TR-8s (soon about to buy first hardware), now I stumbled upon your video, wich makes me doubt instantly. So straight Qs:
    1. Has any of you experienced with both? Any simularity or to different devices?
    2. Is the MK3, more DAW-oriënted/focused, or is it , a good stand alone for live performance.
    Hope to hear some reactions cheers

    • @RababaInc
      @RababaInc 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      as a first hardware i would recommend the Maschine over the TR-8s
      maschine can produce entire beats, TR8s not so much

    I already got the mk2, but this is a whole nother level, I need that asap man wtf... I was using FL for like two years now, because of trap music, but I miss jaming man!! This is making music for real!! :)

    • @nickstar437
      @nickstar437 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Same boat as you man! I feel like maschine and my mk2 has slowed me down a bit and started making me think more in terms of music and involving me more as opposed to fl or even abletons linearity. It really is nice not having to even touch a mouse haha

  • @ervinsperla

    May I ask what drum kit you are using in this video? It looks like it's called Ominous. Is that available or your own creation? Sounds simple and great. Thanks.

    • @Adsrsounds
      @Adsrsounds  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      yeah it's the Ominous kit, I will have either got it from the Maschine factory library or one of the expansion packs.

    Does chord mode work with external instruments? Via MIDI out

    • @TrueColorsSoundSystem
      @TrueColorsSoundSystem 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes it does, I use it with my Minilogue. It'll just depend how many voices your synth is, the minilogue can play up to four notes, so some the more complex chords don't play fully, but still works great.

  • @elliottevans5583

    Comes with a great software, but you don't need it. And when you get this you won't need any DAW

    • @justinojalapeno
      @justinojalapeno 6 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Elliott Evans more like it comes with an incomplete software and you'll need to use a real DAW to finish your tacks properly.. nice piece of hardware though..

    You dont need this expensive device therefor. You need a midi keyboard for 39 USD maybe an to play all of chords simply.
