Hii we have four decoders the first one which is the primary one is the explora ultra second one normal explora third one hd and the fourth one aslo hd which is an xtra view the primay one does have picture but the second one and fourth one has no picture we have a splitter for the primary one cause it doesn't come with RF port anyway how to do the connection

I live in a complex. i have had 3 DSTV technicians, i still cannot connect. I have a Fibre Termination Unit, which I assume to be the Universal cable. Then I connect the cable to V/L and H/L..Then I took the unicable from point B to the explora. I bought a power cable for the Fibre unt. The DSTV Installation wizzard is on, am unable to use BACK or DSTV buttons, i was told that they remote buttons won't work because there's no power. Please help, brother.

Is wrong the smart multiswitch is not cascadeble is standalone the out is final to decoder not to another multiswitch, please kindly check your field work again.
