Ang bagal talaga natin, lalo na ang DOT at DENR.

Philippines is actually a very rich country. However, there is a huge wealth inequality that is why it somehow looked like a poor country
you're basing that on select developed areas...even most of Metro Manila is dirt poor and don't get started on the countryside.....believe me
